Experience Ko Olina by staying in this resort style townhome, on the South-West coast of Oahu. The translation of Ko Olina is, “Place of Joy,” and was considered a quiet retreat for the ancient Ali’i, or Hawaiian royalty. Eventually the land was bought and the four iconic lagoons were formed, as well as, the championship golf course, and resorts.

This two bedroom/ two bath single story townhome is part of the Coconut Plantation Community and is near the famous Ko Olina resorts. This residence can comfortably sleep four people, with one queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom that can be converted to a California king size bed. The home is furnished with rich dark wood accents and furniture, giving the home a warm and tropical feel. Enjoy the spacious plantation style lanai while admiring the surrounding luscious tropical landscaping. There are community grills and two swimming pools and 3 hot tubs.

Today, Ko Olina is the perfect place to experience Oahu. Ideally situated away from the bustling crowds of Waikiki, this area is a tranquil retreat. However, there are many adventurous activities close-by to explore. With four luxurious resorts, just down the street from this property, you will have easy access to numerous shops, restaurants, and activities. The Four Seasons Resort, Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club and Aulani Disney Resort & Spa are all part of the Ko Olina Resort area. There are various highly rated spas, such as the Laniwai- A Disney Spa, the Painted Sky- the only teen spa in Hawaii, and more…

Enjoy spending the day sun bathing and swimming in the calm waters at the Ko Olina Beach lagoons or one of the two resident pools. Ko Olina Club Membership is available for a fee so that guests can use Ko Olina tennis courts and workout facility as well as discounts at Ko Olina.

The OASIS IN PARADISE home is not far from downtown Kapolei, the “second city” of Oahu, which is home to a new shopping center Ka Makana Ali’i, two movie theaters, and several golf courses, and everything you need to have a great vacation! If you are looking for adventure, Wet’n Wild Hawaii, the only waterpark in Hawaii, just a short drive away, with a ride for all ages! And, the new Wai Kai wave park recently opened near by.

Everything was perfect! Quiet complex, condo clean and well equipped for eating in. Nice to have beach towels, chairs and toys provided. Owner quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this unit, would love to return one day. Mahalo!

Ko olina Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay in this well located and well equipped unit. Not only is it situated near the beach and wonderful amenities, the pools in the complex are a great option too. The beach chairs, towels and cooler plus wagon were available for the beach and really appreciated. If the opportunity arose, we would love to return. The hosts went above and beyond.

Amazing property in Ko Olina!

My wife, son, and I stayed here for July and we could not have asked for a better stay. The condo itself is spacious and well equipped for everything you might need for a long stay away from home. We loved having a washer & dryer in the unit. The patio was a great place to have our morning coffee or meals. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. My wife was able to work remotely using the fast and reliable WiFi. The location can't be beat as it is walking distance to several stores, restaurants, and the beach. We also loved the addition of the beach cart, chairs and other beach items. The neighborhood itself is a gated community with 3 pools with grills, one of which is right across the street. The host Karla was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. We hope to return soon for another wonderful vacation.

Ko'olina Holiday

The owner of the property was very responsive to all questions and concerns. I received immediate responses to either my emails or our preferred method of communication, texting. The condo was very comfortable and is located in a lovely community. Shops and restaurants are just outside the gates to the community and the ocean is a 5 minute walk. The kitchen has all that you need to cook a meal however I did find that cupboard space was lacking for storing groceries. We happily ate all our meals on the outdoor patio which seats 6 people comfortably. We also made good use of the barbecue. It is a very quiet location and yet you can walk out the gates and people watch at one of the coffee or ice cream shops. Great fun and I would also recommend getting the 'Sports Card' from the Ko'olina Beach and Sports Club located on lagoon 4. It allow access to the fitness facility, tennis courts, and group classes. If you are a golfer, this location is excellent for getting to the many golf courses located on the west side of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Great Location and Condo

Great, proactive communication from the property manager. The place was very clean, directions were clear, and it had pretty much everything we needed and more. The location is close to the front gate and all of the shops near it. Close to both pools. We would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our stay. The location was outstanding, very close to the front gates where the shops were and nearby to the pool. The condo was clean and spacious. The lanai even had a relaxing fountain. We had access to the beach equipment including wagons, boogie boards, chairs, and sand toys. We are definitely looking to come back for another stay next year!

Wonderful stay!

This has been a very nice stay. The location of the condo is great. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! And while Ko Olina is a half hour drive from downtown Honolulu we enjoyed the peaceful nature of the area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and the four lagoons are really close by for swimming as well. There is a grocery store in nearby Kapoli which is only 3 miles away. The condo itself is lovely. It has a wonderful lanai for playing cards and eating our meals. The floors are lovely; the furnishings lovely; the beds comfy! My husband and I travel the world fulltime and have stayed in nearly a hundred Airbnb and VRBO’s. There are a couple of little things the host could do to make the stay even better. In almost every place we’ve stayed in the past five years we’ve either been greeted by the owners or they stop by within the first few hours. We find that the brief intro the host provides is very helpful. In this case we let ourselves in and then were on our own to figure things out. It is wonderful to have a keyless lock! But this one is a bit tricky and having someone show us or even leave explicit instructions in the listing would have been helpful. The television has two remotes and no where were there instructions explaining how it works. We finally figured it out but again, it would have been helpful to have directions written somewhere. There was a book that appeared to give general information about Coconut Plantation with all the “shalt nots” but nothing that explained specifics for this property and how appliances worked. While Kyle responded very quickly to all of my questions I found it odd that I had to initate all communication. In almost all our other stays, the hosts follow up at least weekly asking how things are going. This surprised us because we found the Hawaiian people among the friendliest and most gracious we have encountered anywhere in the world. But again, this condo and its location were fabulous and our stay too short!
