The day of Check in the stay was cancelled on us

The day of check in, I emailed the property manager to ask about accessing the apartment, parking, etc. They emailed me back and refunded my money stating that a pipe burst in the apartment and that they were hoping it was fixed by my check in date.

Wedding weekend

The apartment was situated in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to nice bars, restaurants and a Publix. The complex was undergoing renovation but did not detract from our stay. There was door security/reception who were friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very nice and comfortable with most amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Be aware there is a Nesspresso machine that doesn’t take anything but Nesspresso pods…the nearby Publix doesn’t sell them. Although there were some pods there when we arrived, we ran out the first day so we had to walk to the nearby Starbucks for our morning cup of coffee. I have to commend the owner, Elisa, she would virtually immediately respond when I would message her via VRBO. The apartment could use a few more large drinking glasses, there were several small cocktail style glasses but only one larger glass. Maybe some non-glass drinkware would be a good thing. That would be my only recommendation to improve the accommodations. We had a great time and our stay was excellent although I think it was the coldest weekend in the history of Orlando FL….and we attended an outdoor wedding downtown on a high rise rooftop on the coldest, windiest day!

Not the best of the Jackson properties

We have been staying at the Jackson on 4 separate occasions these past several months for work commitments, all in different properties. While we enjoyed our most recent stay, this was the worst of the four apartments. The washer basin was full of water from a leak, so we could not use it. The Nespresso (Vertue) machine did not work correctly. The toilet in the main bathroom had some issues. There is no cable in this room (this is our third stay in one of Elisa's apartments, the other 2 had cable... she is great though and responsive). Make sure to bring an extra roll of paper towels and tissues. Also, other than coffee pods, there are no other supplies in this apartment. Overall, it was a fine stay but the minor issues were noticeable.

Nice get away

We had a killer weekend in Orlando for NYE. This spot was exactly what the three of us needed. A nice place with room for three girls to unwind. The building itself is still seemingly unfinished and the place sorta feels like a Truman show set. However, the apartment was beautiful. Even though it has little kinks, it’s a good spot to call home for a few nights.

Was a great place

It was overall a great space with large windows and lots of natural light. It was a little noisy during the day due to construction on the building as they are remodeling parts of it. But overall a great place with great restaurants nearby.
