Information pertaining WiFi password and code for changing the thermostat should have been sent via text instead of assuming the renter would identify the information in the property - the WiFi password was barely legible and it was an issue that I had to query the code to warn the facility due to temperature outside - my first night was horrible and was cold. Additionally, I had issues controlling the remote to the TV(s) and was limited to local cable. I could not access applications such as Netflix, Vudu, HBOGO, etc. from the TV. When I asked about retrieving access to the smart TV - I received no response. This impacted my overall experience.

Perfect for our trip

The location is perfect for downtown nightlife, restaurants, etc. The property is clean and safe with 24 security. There is a dedicated parking spot for this unit and that is a big savings and convenience in downtown Orlando!

Security Desk Personnel

Two young ladies Koko and I’m not sure for the other young ladies name we’re very helpful you my group. We enjoyed the location to all of the attractions we were interested in. Places were a short walk to food, groceries and bars!
