This charming Studio apartment offers privacy and all you will need for a quick trip to Orlando. It has everything you would find in a regular lodging. Home is perfectly located 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to Universal, 25 minutes from Disney, and 10 minutes to downtown, Amway center, and the stadium. It is also very close to 2 different shopping plazas (5 minutes), so eating and shopping options are only a few blocks away. We do allow pets for an extra fee.
-This unit is part of a triplex. It does share walls & roof with one other unit, but very well insulated. Shared backyard, pool and parking. Plenty of parking so that shouldn’t be a problem :)

-Home is on a septic tank, please don't flush any feminine products or any foreign objects down the toilet. Everything should go to the trash container.

-We allow pets with an additional fee starting of $40-200

Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life like ants, roaches, lizards, and bugs, for that reason the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars, syrups, jelly, grease, cookies, and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops, in wastebaskets, and especially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes are the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open, increases insets infestation.

The pool isn't heated, and also is not fenced.
The Hourglass District is one of the fastest growing parts of the City of Orlando because of its close proximity to downtown, and great school systems. It is very close to shopping and dining, as well as centrally located between the downtown and amusement parks. You have access to many restaurants, pubs and breweries walking distance.
You have access to the backyard, private driveway, and entryway. Also, take a dip in the Pool! :)
This charming In-Law Suite features a queen size bed, offers private parking, independent living quarters, a full bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, stove plate, and a pressure cooker with a wet bar. Wifi is also included, as well as a flat-screen TV with a Roku.
Pet friendly with an additional fee between $40-$200 depending on pet size, how many & length of your stay.
This is a triplex house; each Unit has its own entrance & parking spot.
All of them are under the same roof, but with different entrances & privacy
In Orlando, the best way to explore the city is with a car. Most of everything you will need will be only a few minutes away driving. If you are an avid walker, that could be an option, but depending on the weather, I would recommend driving, biking, or taking an Uber.
