Hello, Thank you for your message. We would like to clarify a few points regarding the comments you shared. We have not had any previous complaints from other guests regarding hot water. The system was checked prior to your stay and was functioning properly. Likewise, sufficient towels were provided for a week-long stay: more than two full sets of towels, as well as extra sheets and pillowcases. Additionally, after check-out, the property was found in conditions that exceeded normal use. The toilet required deep cleaning due to excessive soiling, and damage to a wall was noted, which was not present prior to your stay. These issues have been properly documented. Regarding the pathway you mentioned, after your check-out we installed grass, as we noticed the previous surface could make it difficult to roll suitcases. This improvement was made to enhance comfort for future guests. We always strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for our guests, and we expect the property to be treated with basic care and respect. We appreciate your feedback and will continue reviewing any areas where reasonable improvements can be made.
