Overall for the price and our needs, this was a perfect stay. It is a small studio space, so not ideal for more than 2-3 people. Apartment was clean when we arrived, though not the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. No complaints about the place overall, though. Never heard from the hosts while we were there, and received a message about 12 hours prior to our arrival with check in instructions.

My daughter and her friend stayed here for UCF orientation and loved it. The instructions were very clear, and there was a sign on the wall outlining them very clearly as well. Everything they might have needed was provided for them—including an AC unit and toiletries under the sink. A tv with an easily located remote was mounted on the wall for easy access. Overall, they would stay there again!
