I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. I stayed 3 nights for a business trip. I left early in the morning and got back always late. It was perfect for me. I was traveling alone, and mostly off-site. Cute backyard patio, sliding glass doors to let the air in if you desire. AC unit was fine. One of my favorite Keurigs - with strength control and fast start. They have plenty of K-cups, I happened to bring my own. Nice-sized bathroom. Lightly equipped kitchette - but plenty for me - a few plates and bowls, microwave and mini-fridge.It is small, but laid out well and comfortable. Pictures are accurate.Very friendly cat! Likes to be pet.Quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to Park Lake, and close to hip and fun shopping and restaurants (less than half mile?). I would definitely stay here again, and I very well may in the coming months as I travel to Orlando frequently.Louis responded promptly, but I had everything I needed anyway, so it was mostly a little info, hello and good-bye.

Quiet nice neighborhood

This property was perfect for my business trip. The unit is small but it was comfortable for a short stay. You can walk to some restaurants nearby and it’s situated in a very eclectic “old Orlando” that offers a variety of foodie experiences.
