Situated 2 miles from Kirkland Google Campus, 5 miles from the main Microsoft Campus, 15 minute walk to Kirkland Village w/lots of great restaurants, shops & performing arts center. 7 min drive to Bellevue, 15 min drive to Down Town Seattle. During the winter season home has a 4 month minimum rental period.

I have lived in Kirkland for 19 years and absolutely love it! I grew up in Canada and moved to Seattle 22 years ago. I sell real estate in this area and around the greater Seattle area. In my spare time I like to hike, take care of my Havanese pup & basically anything outdoors. My passion is oil painting and I hope to do much more of that as time permits.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because it is close to the town center of Kirkland. This is a wonderful, quaint area of Kirkland and close to everything you need or may want to see.

What makes this property unique

I love one level living in this home. I have also created a lovely outdoor living area that I live in during the summer months. My intention was to make the back yard as private as possible with lots of greenery and I think that has been achieved. I love sitting on the patio & looking at the surrounding greenery listening to the birds sing, very peaceful. There is a bit more planting I would like to do but am pleased with how it's turned out so far. I love to have my friends & family over to enjoy it as well.
