This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is located on the main floor of a 1915 Craftsman house, newly renovated. The property is located at the heart of Kirkland, only minutes away on foot from downtown shops and beautiful Kirkland Marina.
This unit features a King size bed in the master bedroom with a spacious closet and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have a dedicated workplace for this working remotely.
You will also find an attic with safe space for kids to play and relax, no adults allowed :)
You will find a living/entertainment space with gas fireplace, a dining area, a full kitchen with a large island, a master bedroom with King size bed, two full baths as well as a laundry in unit.
You will be able to not the entire main floor, outdoor patio space as well as a private space outside the back door to have your morning coffee in peace.
Some outdoor spaces will be shared with a tenant in the downstairs apartment, but there is a patio that's just for you!
