Very nice location just a few blocks from the water front. It's quiet, has a well equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Jill is a great host. Definitely a place I'd like to stay at again.
This Condo is immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the washer and dryerare a plus. We enjoyed having the patio .There is a beautiful QFC grocery store on the lot behind with "take out" if you choose. Also ,several restaurants wjthin walking distance.We look forward to using this property in the future.
Lovely apartment with EVERYTHING you need. Location so convenient to Seattle and snuggled in a nice neighborhood with groceries and tons of restaurants. Very clean and honestly one of the better VRBOs I’ve stayed in.
Wanted a little distance from city. By 60 Acre park and very nice golf course. Easy to walk to various restaurants and apartment had soMany wonderful amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with various appliances and coffee, tea, spice basics and snacks. Bathroom well stocked with towels, paper products, sundries, including sun screen. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

The apt was very clean and comfortable for our stay and in a good safe neighborhood -easy to get to Bellevue and Seattle. Owner had lots of thoughtful touches like a few snacks, sodas and coffee. The robes were especially nice. Great to have underground parking included. Jill was very good at communicating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Location and Access Equal a Great Stay
Easily accessed from I405, this property is close to all Kirkland has to offer. The adjacent mall has a Starbucks, grocery, shops and a movie theater (a good choice on a soggy WA day). There are several great restaurants and bars close by. The apartment is roomy, well apportioned, clean and comes with WiFi, cable, washer-dryer and covered parking. It has all you need and more. I personally plan on staying again during future visit and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.
Very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. Ample snacks, waters, sodas and coffee a plus. Comfortable living and sleeping areas. The dining table chairs are the only thing that could have been better in the whole experience. They sink in and aren’t very comfortable. But the apartment, the area and the access to great restaurants and markets is awesome.

Book it!
Very nice condo in a great location. Close to all Kirkkand offers. Walking distance to downtown Kirkland. Short drive to Bellevue and freeway access. Condo is very clean. The owner has thought of every detail. (Soaps, coffee, paper towels, and some spices). Market is 10 minutes away. The bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Lots of places to eat within walking distance. In the evening lots of people go down to the bay and watch the sunset. Very cute, cozy, and accessible apartment. The only thing to be careful of is the rugs slip around a lot because they’re on laminate wood flooring. I would definitely recommend staying here. Jill had great communication with us. The garage remote was being a bit touchy and she got us a new one right away.

Excellent, outstanding accommodations, great option vs. a luxury hotel
This our 4th or 5th time during past 3 years staying at the Watermark Apartments in downtown Kirkland and working with Jill Hancock.
This time we stayed 4 nights at the end of May, begging of June 2017.
We continue enjoying and being impressed with the building, apartments, parking, location and quality, friendliness of the service.
This time, like previous times, apartment was exceptionally clean, nicely furnished including high quality white bathrobes. Reservation, communication, check in and check out was easy, responsive and friendly. For us it is better than very expansive luxury hotel near by. 24/7 grocery store and beautiful downtown are at close walking distance. During our future visits we would not imagine staying at different place. Thank You, Jill, for the great job You and Your Team are doing!

Great Stay in Kirkland
I visit Kirkland several times a year and have stayed in about a half dozen properties in the area. Hotels in the immediate Kirkland area are limited and very pricey. This property is the best in the area.
The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well laid out and very functional, there is plenty of storage space in the closets, the bed is very comfortable, and the washer and dryer are on site. Although you are near a major construction site, the neighborhood is very quiet and there is no construction on the weekend. You are offset enough from busy NE 85th Street to not hear the traffic noise. You are within walking distance of a QFC (grocery chain), Starbucks, several other coffee shops and bakeries. If you are into exercise, you have ready access to the trails which run along Lake Washington. There are several good restaurants in Kirkland itself, including Sushi Joa, Ristorante Paradisio, Bottle and Bull, The Grape Choice (wine shop offering happy hour), etc. If you want to load up at Costco, it is just on the other side of Route 405.
When the weather is nice in Washington, it is very nice. However, when it is damp and rainy, sitting back in the apartment with the fire place going and a glass of wine is just the ticket to a relaxing evening. As I wrote earlier, I have stayed in several properties in the area and plan to make this my rental of choice on future visits.

Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and businesses. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast.
Dishwasher was broken on arrival, but the host had it fixed within a couple of hours of contacting them.
If you're a light sleeper who likes to sleep in, know that businesses and a construction project nearby start getting deliveries pretty early.
We loved the property with convenient walking location to stores and restaurants. The amenities provided were outstanding and the bed provided 7 nights of great sleep. Would definitely book this property again - same time next year!!!
