Centrally located in Kirkland, a 15 minute walk to Lake Washington waterfront with lots of parks, shops, restaurants & of course great coffee that Seattle is known for! 2 miles to the Kirkland Google Campus and 5 miles to Microsoft main campus, makes this location ideal for business stays as well. Also conveniently located to 3 major medical facilities, Evergreen, Kaiser Permanente and Overlake medical centers. The studio has a private bath and private entrance with off street parking and a lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy in the warmer months.
