A 5 minute car ride to downtown Kirkland and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. Every amenity within minutes of this beautiful cottage with park-like surroundings. The cottage sits on one acre of enclosed gardens where right outside you have your own patio with pergola and fountain!

Hosts are super - helpful, and friendly. The cottage is well-appointed, lovely outside space to enjoy when weather permits. Very quiet, residential area. The cottage is comfortable and cute with a working propane fireplace that can warm it quickly. We'll happily stay again if available - popular place! Families should know it is one large room and bathroom, so different desired bedtimes may be challenging.

My wife and I stayed here before and loved it.I met Norm while I was getting ready to drive somewhere and he was very friendly.We would stay there again if it is available. Great visit to Seattle!

My dad and I were in town to see Mount Rainier and a couple Mariners games, and it was the perfect place. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to freeways. The hosts also were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This property is spectacular because the guest cottage on our grounds is one of a kind. We designed the interior after we took a trip to Nantucket Island! People that have stayed here say it is uniquely peaceful! Was featured on, "TINY HOUSE NATION!."

Spring thru Fall one acre of immaculate landscaped grounds!!

What makes this property unique

Juanita Beach if 6 blocks away with a beautiful Lake Washington access for paddle boards and kayaks, lots of new climb on toys for kids of all ages, rentals, snack bar (in the summer months) All updated within the last 3 years. SO nice to have nearby and a great place to walk to (large walkway out around the beach area) and if you include that round trip from our house to the beach is 2 1/2 miles! So, you can your walks in!!

The benefits are that it's close to everything, the beach, the mountains, downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Boeing, Google, and if you love islands - the San Juan's are only 2 hrs. away!
Kirkland is like a beach town in the summer with arts festivals, alfresco dining everywhere and a beautiful waterfront to stroll and enjoy the view of downtown Seattle and the Olympic mountains. Come stay a week or stay a lifetime! You'll be glad you came! OH AND REMEMBER - IF YOU RENT A MOVIE ON OUR TV (NETFLIX, PRIME, ETC.) LEAVE US A CHECK OR CASH FOR EACH MOVIE YOU HAD TO PAY FOR - THANKS!!! )
