Walk to all Greenwood has to offer (Wingdome, Valhalla, Pete's Egg Nest, Diva Espresso, Taproot Theater, & much more). 16 minutes from downtown Seattle. Easy access to Green Lake, Ballard, highway 99 and the I-5 corridor. 7 min to the Burke Gilman trail and Ballard. This is for the main floor unit A.
