Welcome to the Driftwood Cottage: your private West Seattle retreat with direct transit to downtown and the 2026 FIFA World Cup stadium. Inside: a cozy, well-stocked guesthouse with a 70-inch TV, kitchenette, and private bath. Out back: a fully fenced yard with firepit and gazebo. A great coffee shop and local sports bar are right on the block. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a quiet home base with easy access to the city!

The space
The cottage comfortably fits two guests, with the option to accommodate a third. Though compact, the space is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort. Sleep soundly on a king-sized Casper memory foam bed, or use the convertible couch bed for additional guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essentials, including a fridge, microwave, dual stovetop burner, toaster, hot water kettle, and Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. The private bathroom includes a shower with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For those working remotely, the cottage offers a convenient desk and high-speed Nest Wi-Fi. Guests love the 70-inch big-screen TV, featuring complimentary access to Hulu, Amazon Prime, and more.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides ample space to relax when the weather is nice. A newly added privacy fence enhances the lounge area, which includes an outdoor dining table, a gazebo with a fire pit and grill, and a hammock available in late spring and summer. Voice-controlled patio lighting adds a cozy ambiance for evening relaxation.

It's in close proximity to Lincoln Park and Alki Beach. Downtown Seattle is just a 20-minute drive away, and a local coffee shop and pub with delicious bar eats are on the same block. It's also conveniently situated along a bus line with direct access to downtown, making it easy to explore Seattle's top attractions.

Other things to note
*Parking in the neighborhood is not an issue and the neighborhood is safe.
*Note: Backyard amenities (including the hammock) will differ based on seasonality and current weather conditions.
*The Cottage works for simple meal prep but if you need a full kitchen, the kitchenette may not accommodate your needs since the only sink is in the bathroom.
*There is ongoing construction next door. The framing stage is complete, so most major noise has passed, but some activity may still occur during daytime hours.
