This was a cozy nest for my husband and me when visiting our daughter & son-in-law nearby in West Seattle. Off street parking was very nice. The space had everything we needed—from herbal tea to hooks inside the door to hang jackets. A big bonus was the coffee shop and restaurant at the corner. Next time we come I hope we can use the outdoor patio.

My husband and I loved our stay here. It’s in such a cute part of west Seattle, near restaurants and coffee shops. It wasn’t secluded by any means, but we didn’t see any neighbors around while we were there, and it was quiet. The place itself was cute! Cozy but not cramped, and very clean. Check in/out directions were clear, as well as instructions on where to find things in the bungalow. Gian even gave some suggestions on where to visit and eat around town. I would 100% go back!

Very clean room and backyard. The fire pit was lovely at night. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to 3-4 restaurants with good food and a nice park. Just be aware the two closest restaurants don’t permit children walking inside.

The location was the most important factor for us as we were visiting my son and daughter-in-law who lived in the neighborhood. The room had everything, huge tv,modern bath and shower( although the shower was small),large comfortable king bed and onsite parking. The check in process is automatic with the keypad lock already programed for me.Gian ( host) managed to stop by and introduce himself and ask if everything was fine. This was a nice personal touch in our modern "A.I." world.

Great Property, Great Location

The cottage was everything we needed for our stay. Quiet, comfortable, good local food within walking distance. It's also on a direct route to downtown without hitting any tollroads. Easy drive from the airport as well. Gian is a great host, we won't hesitate to use this spot on a future trip.

Small but efficient ADU. Nicely decorated and supplied. Comfortable bed. Nice deck and fire pit area - but Seattle weather didn’t cooperate. Nice coffee shop a short walk away.
