Ski in the winter, fun in the summer sun or mountain privacy in the fall. Housebroken pets are welcome for a modest fee - please be sure to indicate your pet when you book, and thank you for cleaning up after them (see House Rules). We appreciate quiet guests who enjoy our quiet surroundings.

This 5 bedroom, 3 bath house WITH AIR CONDITIONING & HEATED DRIVEWAY sleeps 10 and offers your dream mountain vacation. The expansive deck with patio furniture, dining table and BBQ has a view of forest with no houses and provides serenity. With ski resorts and private lakeside beaches you can access (for a fee) located 8 minutes from the house, you are close to the action, but have privacy. With an open floor plan, fireplaces and gourmet remodeled kitchen with Wolf professional gas cook top, heating drawer, wine refrigerator etc. your entire group can enjoy being together. There is something for everybody in this house - from a small pool table, to exercise equipment including a tread mill, to media, board games, puzzles and books, to a hiking trail near the house. The steam shower and whirlpool tub offer relaxation. Air conditioning offers comfort. The bedroom configuration is 4 bedrooms on the main level (master with King, fireplace, sitting area, access to deck and en suite bath, another with king and 2 others with queen beds) and one large bedroom downstairs with bath, a queen, a single and a bunk bed over the queen. Double car garage, double parking pad and long driveway provide ample space for cars, RVs and boats.

Love Lake Tahoe!
Excellent communication with the property manager. The kitchen and living space & outside decks are very comfortable. Nice hikes, pine trees & mountain air is amazing! Access to Incline private beach, close to Incline golf & tennis & pickle ball courts was fun too.

Big family trip to Incline village
Nice big house for our family of 9. Tom was very responsive and even met us at the private beach to get us access. House is very 80's and could use a little updating. A hot tub would be a nice addition. We had very pleasant stay.

Family Trip To Lake Tahoe
Beautiful home, property and location! Owner is great to work with and could not have made it any easier. We had a big family trip with an infant and the home was perfect for all of us (plus three cars). Walked the neighborhood (magnificent views!) and lots of places to visit, walk and eat within a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

The owners Phil and Elvira are dear friends, and together we decided that having a trusted, knowledgeable, veteran local host allows us to provide more responsive service. I'm always happy to field your questions, fix problems and offer insider tips and touring advice, before and during your stay.

Why they chose this property

It sleeps 10, has A/C for those hot August nights and a heated driveway for snowy winters, is tucked away in our quiet cul-de-sac far from the maddening crowds, but close enough to provide easy access to The Lake and her beaches, as well as Incline Village's excellent golf, tennis, skiing, mountain biking, pool and other recreation facilities. We have plenty of off-street parking and are fully permitted with the county for short term rental.

What makes this property unique

Perfect for families. Pet friendly, air conditioning (unusual in Tahoe!), heated driveway, Tesla charger, steam shower, whirlpool tub, treadmill, pool table, darts, 4-bed Den for the kids downstairs, plenty of garage and driveway parking, hiking/MTB trail from the front yard, quiet forest setting.
