Beautiful house in Incline

The house was really nice with plenty of rooms / bathrooms to accommodate our group of 6. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking etc. The spa with a view was especially nice and the owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Everyone had a wonderful, relaxing time. Home had everything we needed and more. We had to contact the owner Bruce a couple of times for questions and he got back to us right away and was helpful and polite. Another great vacation in beautiful Tahoe!

Fun time in Tahoe

We had a fun time in Tahoe. Bruce is easy to work with and replies quickly to any questions before and during the trip, even on holidays. The house has everything you would need to do your own cooking and lots of family games, which is great for a relaxing family vacation.

Amazing home for a family with everything and more that you’ll need for your stay!!

Everything was 100% exceptional. From the fireplace to the jacuzzi to the heated driveways Carmen into play this weekend. First snow of year and we were delighted to have been in this home. A brilliant layout for families of 10 or more with so much to do. Best house experience in Tahoe in all my years!!

Wonderful stay.

Property was very nice. Neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed a weekend in the summer. Was hot but bearable. Air-conditioning is good. I would recommend bringing a humidifier if air-conditioning affects your sinuses. Wouldn't mind staying a bit in the snowy winter.

Tahoe Memorial Day 2022

It is a lovely property. Very well appointed and comfortable. Nicely decorated with little touches that made us feel welcome. The Owner was responsive and helpful. There was a little glitch with the entry code, but it was fixed right away. We were sad to leave!

Just the perfect place to enjoy all what Incline Village offers

In celebrating with my wife our 50th wedding anniversary we could not have found a better place to share the occasion with 11 members of our immediate family. This home offered everything and more. From spacious surroundings, excellent accommodations for all and entertainments galore. We all look forward to be back and please give our thanks to "hands free" Alexa.

Absolutely beautiful cabin

Pictures do not do any justification for property. Beautiful cabin with all the amenities you could want! We loved entertaining in the main space and kitchen during the day and then headed down for games, pool, slot machines in the evening. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. We will be back :)

Stunning Property in Stunning Lake Tahoe

The home is situated high above Lake Tahoe amongst beautiful, mature pine trees. The interior is quite spacious and large windows allow for plenty of natural sunlight and gorgeous views of nature. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures are all modern yet don't take anything away from the cozy, rustic feel of the place. The property made a great home base for every Tahoe adventure we planned on our trip. Bruce was excellent at communicating with us and even gave us some great tips for hikes and where to find the best secret beaches on the north end of the lake. We highly recommend, and we plan on staying here again when we return!

Smooth experience!

The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process, which really helped streamline my planning for a reunion with a larger group (19 people!). The place is clean, spacious yet cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed, such as an extra folding table+chairs, which was perfect for everyone to eat together. Using the hot tub after a day in the snow was very relaxing as well. The only thing I would point out is that the shower on the bottom floor wasn’t able to get the water warm enough for some reason. Everything else about the stay was perfect!

Extended weekend get away

My family, myself, and friends from out of state, stayed in Bruce's home in Incline Village. The house was big and everyone had their own rooms. There were plenty of bathrooms. The master bathroom had a fantastic tub and shower. We hired a private chef, AnnaMarie, who had no problem cooking two meals in the large kitchen that was stocked with everything she needed. Hot tub was nice, especially at sunset. If you have a big group of people, this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you Bruce for hosting us in Incline Village. Kristal

A great getaway for the family

An awesome property - clean, warm, and very inviting. This was our first Thanksgiving away from home and we were lucky enough to locate a home that was comfortable for our large group. The many levels of this home allowed the varying age groups to have their own space for sleeping. The majority of our time was spent in the main living area, kitchen, and dining room, as it was open and roomy enough to accommodate us, but yet cozy enough for us to enjoy each other's company. The large windows let in the morning sun and gave a beautiful view of the tranquility of Incline Village. A short walk allowed you to have a beautiful view of the lake and remind you what peace there was in simply taking in the fresh air and admiring the beauty of the trees and other foliage. All in all, it was an amazing place to spend the holidays, or any other day for that matter. Hope to visit again sometime soon. Pam and family

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was big in a beautiful neighborhood. The property owner has signs all over the house though and many of them state how much you will be fined if you break particular rules. It's hard to feel comfortable and relax when there are signs everywhere. The outdoor patio furniture was super dirty. We cleaned it. There was some sheets that had stains and there was a broken chair outside. The beds were super comfortable. This house is perfect for a large group. Just know that there are many rules and threats of being charged if you break any of the rules. Overall we had an amazing time in Tahoe though and this house suited our large group (10 people ages 13-58) perfectly.

Don't Miss the Opportunity to Enjoy this Property!

Our family of ten, six adults and four children, had the immense pleasure of staying in this Incline Village property over Christmas and cannot say enough wonderful things about the location, property and owner. The photos do not do justice to this amazing, five level property with enough room to give privacy to our three families as well as provide two large gathering areas to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped for any cooking adventures and the game room is stocked with games, puzzles, game table, slot and poker machines and a pool table. There is nothing you could want to do for fun - including finding a quiet place to read - that this property does not provide. Close to two skiing venues, the best grocery store in the area is less than five minutes away with the Hyatt Regency casino, with many dining opportunities less than ten minutes away. The owner is one of the most hospitable owners that we have encountered on the VRBO/Homeaway platform. When we arrived there was a slight issue with the heating - Bruce not only called to get it fixed, he followed up to make sure we were comfortable and knew how to adjust the new system. In the week we were there, he was completely absent and un-intrusive, yet checked in occasionally to make sure all was well. My family can't say enough about this wonderful property and the experience we had there last week. If you are considering a high end rental in Incline Village, look no further than this fun and extremely comfortable residence. Thank you, Bruce, you made our holiday extra special!!

Beautiful home but not sure worth the trouble

The home was beautiful and located in a beautiful neighborhood. There was plenty of beds with clean sheets. Large home and very comfortable great for family size groups with partial view of the lake. Lots of things to do in the home like pool table and slot machines however two of the slot machines did not work and the driving game was so loud we could not turn it down. Was a fun game but extremely loud! we stayed during the summer months.. OK here is the downside and the trouble that we’re talking about…. Prior to checking in I never received any communication whatsoever from the homeowner. I had to ask him the day before to make sure he gave me the security code to get in the house. When we showed up the trash was overflowing and no place in The bear Box to be able to put trash ….no room! Could not figure out how to open the blinds in the living room, texted his cell phone number and no response. Sent him an email asking him questions regarding cleaning supplies garbage bags dish clothes to keep his kitchen clean no response. If you’re looking for a response from this homeowner you might as well pound sand! This VRBO really is not a true VRBO…. It’s almost like a house is being rented out that they live in. Many of the closets were unusable as there was junk in the closet and no place to hang your clothes one of which was completely locked off and the second one had a bunch of pillows and comforters could hang nothing in the closets whatsoever. In the master closet could hang nothing as well. Of all of the showers in the home the best shower to use is in the Jack and Jill bathroom on the second floor. The master bathroom as well as the lower level bathroom had lukewarm water even when the water ran for quite a bit of time. Also there is a 26 point checklist in a binder of all the rules that you need to abide by including using a whisper quiet voice outside during the day. Again, the home was beautiful but again if you cannot get in contact with the homeowner these things could’ve been solved while we were there but he chose not to respond so good luck to those who choose to rent!

A nice property with several unexpected frustrations

The home was very welcoming, cozy, & clean but I wouldn't say it was one of the best houses in Incline Village w/ the "highest of qualities and standards". Let me explain: Upon arriving, my priority was to make coffee but soon learned the coffee maker was defective & leaked all over. After cleaning it (was very dirty), it leaked again so we resorted to making small batches & wasted a lot of our vacation time making coffee. Bruce offered to buy a new one but it likely arrived after we left. We tried to heat the coffee in the microwave but it blew fuses in the kitchen. We soon learned the toilets would overflow at the slightest extra toilet paper. We thought, "why are we having such issues if this is "luxury NEW construction"? Bruce was quick to point out that this was ALL spelled out in the 10+ PAGE renters pkg but I must have missed it in all the fine print, including where the key to the piano was (he made sure he sent me a screenshot of the verbiage!) Next, despite following the instructions, the basement tv didn't work. After an hour trying to fix, I called Bruce and no call back or text. After an hour, I reached his wife who sensed my frustration. Bruce soon called apologizing stating that he was flying a plane in Mexico!! Why not let your guests know you’d be unavailable at times so they wouldn't have to sit around waiting for a call?? Bruce had a repairman call who was adamant he could help fix it remotely but he was simply not listening when I told him the HDMI port was broken. He eventually came by to fix. When I suggested to Bruce that perhaps this could have been avoided if he had the TV's checked before we arrived, he mentioned “Our housekeeping staff is not trained in electronics and are incapable of checking the status of HDMI ports. But thank you for the suggestion.” This, in addition to another snide comment about how stressful he found the tone of my call (Yes, I was VERY stressed) and that “perhaps you were having a bad day. In some parts of the country this type of attitude is normal, but that doesn't fly in these parts” I guess he was referring to my NY accent & how we just don't fit in around Tahoe. How insulting to tell your paying guests!! So, my 1st day was spent cleaning coffee, resetting fuses, fixing a tv & plunging toilets. We all LOVED Lake Tahoe, just not the house or how we were treated. As a guest of this property on a much needed family vaca, I expected to be treated like a welcomed customer, not a nuisance.
