This property has kept all the charm of the old Perigord farmhouses. Ideally located between Sarlat (10km) and Montignac (10km), this will give you the opportunity to discover all the riches of Périgord both cultural, gastronomic and natural. The small village of Saint Geniès is an architectural marvel, with its lauze stone roofs, it is full of charm and very alive.
The property extends over 6. 5 hours of woods and meadows conducive to relaxation, both secluded and close to everything you need (shops, markets, producers' houses, etc.)
It is a hamlet of houses all independent and not overlooked. (2 cottages with a total capacity of 12-15 people, our house and the farm shop)
We are also producers of Safran and we will have pleasure if you wish to make you discover the culture of this magnificent spice. Opportunity to visit the saffron and taste the products made on site.
