Here is a large family home (150 m2) that can comfortably accommodate 11 people.
It enjoys a large garden (6000m2) and is located on the bike path northwest of Saint-Sauveur in a very quiet area.
Its location in the heart of the island is very convenient both to go to the port (8 minutes by bike) to go to Saint-Sauveur (5 minutes by bike) to the beaches of the Deep Bay, the fir trees, the school of sailing or at the horse club.
It is a neat, functional, pleasant, spacious house with a charming decoration, offering quality equipment.

- a large living room with a fireplace opening onto a beautiful sunny terrace SOUTH / SOUTH-EAST
