The Mer & Pins house

Welcome to our very pleasant and welcoming family holiday home. It has all the amenities for an excellent, relaxing and comfortable stay with family or friends. Its privileged location in a quiet area, close to the beach is an asset. Its large garden conducive to rest is completely closed, out of sight, wind and safe for parents with children. Bike paths, the forest are a stone's throw away for walks ...

The sea is at 1400m, the city center of Saint Jean de Monts and its shops at 3800m and the quarter of the young ladies at 700m. The house is friendly and bright with its large veranda where you can have lunch and grill and relax. Barbecue facilities are also available in the garden. The closed parking is at the entrance of the property. The cleaning fee is for 2 hours maximum.

The little garden shed is a private space.
The house is ideal for 6 people but can accommodate 2 additional people for 18 € / pers./day.
Sheets, towels and dish towels are not provided, HOWEVER,
on request, it is possible to provide you with bed linen and towels for 8 € / person

Un excellent logement pour des personnes en couples, la maison est très bien aménagée, beaucoup d espaces a vivre. Très fonctionnelle, et chaleureuse. Et la propriétaire communique beaucoup.
