Beautiful old house of 165 m2 for 6 people, renovated and enlarged with taste for stays with friends or family.
It is located in an exceptional setting in the heart of a preserved and wild valley in the south of Vienne.
This pretty house has a large living room, consisting of a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with sofas and armchairs.
On the floor, a room with 1 bed of 160, and a big room of bath with Italian shower. 2 other rooms complete the floor with 1 bed of 160, and 2 beds of 90.
2 outdoor terraces surround the cottage, and dominate the valley of the Pilatière. Equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Large spaces in grass, entirely private, and isolated.
Calm and comfort are the key words of the place.
Direct access to the river and the woods, on the private domain.

Beautiful gite in a really tranquil and peaceful setting

We loved our stay here. The gite is huge - massive large living space, large bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and a big walk in shower with double sink layout. Although the site is shared with another Gite and BandB guests the layout means everyone has total privacy and only the pool is shared. Beautiful gardens out the back - horses to pet in the paddock. So peaceful and calm, we loved it. A little remote - 15-20 mins drive to nearest shops.

Très beau gîte au calme à la campagne

Disponible, réactif à nos messages tout en étant discret, Benoît tient ce magnifique gîte situé dans un endroit paisible. Il nous a aussi concocté et servi 2 dîners succulents! Bien pratique car les premiers commerces et restaurants sont à 20 min en voiture. Maison, jardin et piscine sont très bien entretenus et il est très agréable de s'y reposer. Je recommande ce gite!

Gite très agréable en pleine nature

Gite très propres en pleine campagne, beaux volumes et calme au programme. Il faut seulement prendre en compte le manque d'isolation entre les pièces mais c'est souvent le cas dans les maisons anciennes.

Vraiment top

On a passé un très bon moment dans le gîte. L'endroit est propre et situé dans un lieu calme et à l'abri de tous. La zone est très verdoyante et les balades sont appréciables. Point négatif : Nous n'avons pas bu profiter de la piscine à cause de la saison et le lieu était un peu loin de Poitiers pour nos besoins. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, il vit sur les lieux mais se trouve être très discret et disponible à la fois. je vous recommande ce gîte !
