Joli chalet, équipements basiques

Le chalet en lui-même. Sa configuration, le nombre de chambres et salles de bain. Il ne s’agit pas d’un service 4 étoiles. Le chalet est minimalement équipé et il manque beaucoup de choses. Certains équipements sont défectueux comme le toaster qui prend feu. L’accueil à l’agence laisse à désirer et l’organisation aussi. Beaucoup de queue et d’attente. De plus, ce n’est pas très correct d’ouvrir l’agence à 16h alors qu’il s’agit de l’heure de check in. Nous avons perdu du temps sur notre séjour. Il est aussi assez désagréable d’appendre que la place de parking supplémentaire se trouve à l’opposé du village.
