LoK Du Sud Close all trade, tourist curiosities: rock of Vitrolles, pond of Berre, Sporty course, shopping center, any trade, fast way to go in all the corners of Vitrolles / 8 mn of the TGV (aix), 5 mn from the Marignane-Marseille airport / 15 / 20mn by motorway access to go to Marseille .10 minute to be in the largest Commercial Zone in Europe (Plan de Campagne) The apartment is located 2 minutes from the motorway access, no crossing from the city.
the apartment adjoining my house, is full feet, secured by personal alarm connected to a monitoring center (Your remote control to secure your rental) / private terrace for 4 people (a square table and 4 chairs) / small table indoors for 2/4 persons / shower steam room with radio / air conditioning in the room and living room (and it is you manage the temperature with remote controls / TV in the room and living room / possibility to request the cot for baby .
The apartment (about 50m2) is attached to our house but remains completely independent, unless you need something!

les 3 premiers jours se sont bien passés jusqu’au moment où on se rend compte que l’hôte et sa famille se baigne dans la piscine dans l’annonce cela n’a pas été précisé pascal a été quand même agréable durant le séjour

Bonjour merci pour "sympa" mais par contre pas sympa pour l appréciation, il est notifié que la piscine comme les transats sont un espace partagé,nous prenons grand soin à être discret et à ne pas nous baigner lorsque nos locataires désirent utiliser la piscine,mais nous n allons tout de même pas nous priver de notre piscine lorsque vous ne l utilisez pas,de plus la seule fois où j etais dedans c etait pour le brossage-nettoyage quotidien de la piscine...et la bouée à 30e que vos enfants ont explosé,on en parle?..et l autorisation d une personne de votre famille venu de l exterieur que j ai généreusement accepté...on en parle....?..je suis désolé de votre déception.

On partage le même extérieur que le propriétaire et cela donne un côté maison d'hôte, avec de vrais échanges !!! location au top, proche des nombreux villages de la Provence, près de l'aéroport mais sans les nuisances du bruit ! nous recommandons - Eddie, Marie & Charlottte

Des gens bien sympathique avec une petite fille bien mignonne... quelques beaux échanges len extérieur dans le jardin...
Des hôtes comme on en rêves tous, souriants respectueux et discrets..je recommandes aux prochains qui les acceuillera
