Welcome to “Sand in Your Sandals”, a well-appointed condo located in top-rated Maravilla Resort on the second floor of Building 3. Our unit offers amazing side views of the Gulf of Mexico from our extra-large balcony which can be accessed from both the living room and master suite. The condo is open and airy and has been renovated – enjoy granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths and get a great night’s rest on the comfortable beds. Tile hardwood-look flooring complements the furniture, fresh paint, and décor.

Maravilla is one of the most sought-after resorts in the area due to its beautiful setting JUST ACROSS THE STREET from its own PRIVATE 2.5 ACRE BEACH which offers plentiful recreational amenities. BEACH SET-UP is included (March 1 through October 31)! The resort is family and dog-friendly and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Maravilla offers two pools (one heated seasonally) and a hot tub, newly repaved courts (one tennis and two pickleball), basketball, a fitness center, community barbecues, picnic tables and two FREE PARKING spots. Guests also enjoy miles of walking/biking paths which surround the resort. Inside the condo, you will find games, beach toys, a beach wagon, basketball, volleyball, and pickleball raquets and balls.

THE WHITE SANDY BEACH is located a short 150 yards from the unit. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included and will be set up for you daily in season. Kayaks, Stand Up Paddleboards, and Beach Wheelchairs available for rent. Beach volleyball set up daily during the season. Bike rentals and bon fire services also available.

The resort sits close to the area’s top RESTAURANTS including Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's as well as coffee and ice cream shops which are all walking distance from the condo. Great SHOPPING is minutes away with Destin Commons featuring 95 shops and dining options, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Grand Boulevard. Abundant options are available for the ADVENTURESOME including parasailing, jet skiing, pontoon boating, dolphin tours, and chartered fishing tours. For the GOLFERS, great courses abound include Regatta Bay, Kelly Plantation, and Indian Bayou. FAMILY FUN awaits at Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, while The Track offers go-carts, rides, and an arcade. There's something for everyone at Maravilla resort and the surrounding area.

Our housekeeping staff prides themselves on their thoroughness and attention to detail. All counter-tops, sinks, showers/bathtubs, and hardwood tile floors are cleaned and disinfected. Light switches, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces are sanitized as well. All bedding, bath towels, and washable rugs are removed from the property and professionally laundered at high temperatures with a laundry disinfectant.
