Comfortable 70 m2 3* apartment on first floor. Bright living room with sofa bed, fireplace, LED HD (flat-screen) cable TV (over 200 channels) with WebTV. Magnificent open kitchen (new, 2021) with central island, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.

- Bedroom 2: 2x separate single beds 90*200, 1x2 bunk beds 80*190

You are in the Les Mélèzes residence which enjoys a privileged location right next to the departure of the gondola, ideal for skiing holidays. And you are on the Bisse de Vex, which offers you a wonderful walk in summer. The resort center with its shops and restaurants is just 150 meters away. This residence consists of 2 buildings with several standard and comfortable apartments with lift. Access to the building is via stairs. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace offering a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley.

Apartment with good view and very close to skilift

We enjoyed the spacious living room and having two toilets was also practical for our large family. More hooks on the walls would be nice for hanging clothes, helmets, etc. A tray for shoes with snow would also be nice. Our frustration was more with the village than with the apartment. Why are there hardly any chargers for electric cars? Why is the supermarket la Ramuge so dated, with expensive food and little fresh produce?

Tout était bien et comme nous avons été surclassés, nous avons apprécié cet appt très bien equipé. Le ménage : des toiles d’araignées, par ci par là, des araignées mortes sur les lustres, les alaises pas très nettes, tiroirs sous les lits un peu poussiéreux. Cheveux dans la baignoire.

Gute Lage. Positiv war, dass nach Reklamation die Punkte umgehend abgearbeitet wurden. Die Unterkunft bedarf einer Grundreinigung und es muss bei jedem Mieterwechsel darauf geachtet werden, dass Matrazen, Schonbezuge, Decken und Kopfkissen sauber sind. Der Teppichboden ist im Gegensatz zu Küche, Bad, WC nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Teile der Wohnung sind abgewohnt.
