"LE CHAPITRE" is a new apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished!
It is close to Cours Lafayette and its shops, Les Brotteaux, Part Dieu train station, metro and Tram.
It is a perfect apartment for your business, study or tourism stays or others.
"LE CHAPITRE" consists of an equipped kitchen with table and chairs, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, a main room with a beautiful decorative marble fireplace, a flat screen TV, closet, sofa bed (the apartment can therefore accommodate a maximum of 4 people), separate WC, bathroom with large Italian shower and WIFI!. You also have access to the common washing machine and dryer.
You will appreciate the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom in summer!
The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,
The little extra:
- 4 other apartments on the same floor for weekly rental, if you need for friends or family,
- I can help you during your short stay in this apartment to then find your future house or apartment in Lyon as part of a longer rental or purchase
