Adorable luxury house with Arcachon colors completely renovated in November 2018 equipped with air conditioning for 2 to 6 people located 500 m from the beach, in the center of Arcachon, 150 m from shops and restaurants (no need to take the car )
Very quiet house
You have 3 bedrooms with beds of 140, a bathroom / wc / kitchen / living room with sofa / tv / wifi / dishwasher / washing machine / oven / microwave / coffee / Senseo / kettle / grill bread etc. ...
For the little ones, you have a cot / stroller / child seat
In the garden you will find a garden furniture and chairs and a barbecue. You can enter the car in the garden.
You have the possibility to rent the week end and the half weeks from October 29th to April 7th (except school periods) night rate decreasing according to the number
Towels / tea towels / sponge etc are provided, sheets are extra (15 euros / pair)
The owner is a wine grower a bottle of Bordeaux will be offered on arrival

Lovely quiet cottage in convenient location.

Very pleased with our stay. Although quite small, the house is very clean and with attractive nautical themed decorations. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Also it's in a very quiet location but close to the town centre and only 10 mins walk or so from the seafront and the station. The proprietors were very kind and actually came to the station to meet us and guide us back to the house. We had good communication with them with all the information we needed from the start. I would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.

Annonce fausse la voiture ne peut pas rentrer portail trop petit 2m16 et pas stipulé que c'est au fond d'un chemin dégradé vétuste avec des arbres qui griffent la voiture.ou en faite il y a 2 barrieres a traverser celle du voisin et la leur .alors que l'annonce dit la voiture rentre dans le jardinet c'est faux.la maison est sale.dans la salle de bain les fils du radiateur sont apparent pas de cache et les appliques murales cassées egalement extrement dangereux de qu'oi s'electrocuter.je tiens a votre disposition des photos quand on ouvre les portes des meubles de cuisine c'est crasseux et noir l'evier fuit et sa tombe dans les ustensiles de cuisine car le syphon fuit.sa sent le moisi..le meuble télé quand on pousse le plateau télé pour l'incliner il y a de la vieille poussiere au moins d'un an.les containers poubelles puent car jamais lavés attirent de nombreuses grosses mouches .il y a tellement de choses qui ne vont pas que c'est ahurissant. Comment cautionner une pareille location jamais plus je ne louerais avec abritel et je vais vous faire de la mauvaise pub tout le monde a droit de le savoir vous perdrez de la clientelle. Comment c'est possible personne ne vient voir ce qui se passe dans les locations c'est impensable et c'est du vol.

Couple très antipathique (dès la communication téléphonique)à éviter .Ils ont passé leur séjour à critiquer les moindres recoins de la maison : un portail trop étroit (mais qui est aux normes )alors qu'un "expert Peugeot" rentre mais refus de rabattre les rétroviseurs .Je précise que la maison étant bien située au centre d'Arcachon et que vous pouvez tout faire à pied .Critique aussi sur la poussière à l'intérieur d'un meuble .Bien que 4 h de ménage minimum sont effectués entre chaque locataire dans 70 m2 (sans compter les heures de nettoyage du linge )tout n'est pas parfait bien sûr. Le passage de 2 portail avec une servitude de 20 m qui ne m'appartient pas ,mais très appréciable pour ne pas être directement sur la rue (les locataires apprécient le calme de la maison ).Critique aussi le un cache de fils électrique décollé (réparé aussitôt après ) Le prix de la location trop chère alors que je suis très en dessous des tarifs pratiqués dans cette zone avec jardinet et en acceptant les animaux sans supplément .J'ai d'excellents retours d'appréciations et les locataires reviennent . "Le temps était pluvieux ce qui a dû les rendre grincheux "

en plein centre d'Arcachon, la résidence est très bien située; elle est très bien équipée tant dans la maison que dans la cour extérieure où il est très agréable de prendre ses repas. Très bon accueil de notre hôte attachée à rendre les vacances les plus agréables possible.
