Residence FLORALIES 2- Refurbished 2-room cabin apartment, comfortable, located on the ground floor with a large 25m² terrace overlooking green spaces. It includes an entrance leading to the independent cabin with 2 bunk beds, WC, bathroom, living room/equipped kitchenette, bedroom with cupboard, double bed, the living room and bedroom have a bay window opening onto the loggia + the terrace. 2 swimming pools, kindergarten.

The beach is 400 meters away, and shops are 20 meters away.
No parking is available for this property. Free parking is available nearby: Av. du Palais de la Mer, Av. Jean Jaurès, Rue des Primevères, etc.

POOL HOURS 2026 SEASON:
1 pool (HORTENSIAS side) from May 30th to August 31st, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. From September 1st to September 20th, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
1 pool (EGLANTINES side) from June 27th to August 31st, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
CLOSED TUESDAYS.
Dimensions: 12m x 6m each.

A €400 deposit via bank imprint will be required before your stay.
Pets not allowed - Tourist tax extra.

Appartement à revoir

Un appartement qui nous a réservé des surprises chaque jour ... douche qui fuit, porte-fenêtre qui ne ferme pas à clé, lit jumeaux cassé et j'en passe ! Piscine dans la résidence avec des jour de fermetures et des horaires peut adapter à des vacances sans contraintes ! Une agence qui tente malgré tout de nous apporter des solutions... Residence bien situé dans le grau du Roi, nous avons pu faire pas mal de chose à pied :-) ..
