We offer you:
• On the ground floor
- a 1st bedroom of 9m2 exposed to the west equipped with a sofa bed, presence of a wc on this level. and adjacent to the toilet, a sink and laundry area.
A second bedroom adjoining that of 9 m2 separated by a double door equipped with a bed for 2 people and a private bathroom (shower and sink) of 12 m2 + 2m2
- Kitchen with pantry.
- Living room dining room of 40m2 with an insert fireplace converting into an open fireplace for pleasure.
- Three terraces distributed to the east on the kitchen side, to the south on the living room side and one on the west side.
- The 1500 m2 plot planted with flowers and gently sloping south side with swings.

• On the first level of the house: 2 bedrooms.
- One south of 25m2 with balcony, equipped with a 140x190 double bed for 2 people

- The other to the West of 15 m2 with balcony. Equipped with a double bed 140x190.
- Presence of a WC on this level .
• 2nd level
• an east-west bedroom of 30 m2 equipped with a 140X190 double bed and a 2-seater sofa plus office space (2)
• -A large shared bathroom with 2 sinks + 1 for children, shower and bathtub.
Remarks
• The beds are made upon arrival and are all equipped with quality bedding, sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows and pillowcases at no additional cost.
• Towels are not provided.

This is our main residence, so you will find personal effects in cupboards, furniture ... please respect our privacy by using only what is available to you.

Exchanges with travelers

I cannot guarantee my presence on your arrival and / or departure as this will depend on your arrival and departure dates and times.
If I cannot be present I will explain how to enter the premises and I will bring you all the information necessary for your installation and your stay some time before your arrival.
It may also be a trusted friend who will welcome and leave in this case I will inform you as soon as possible.
However, we remain available remotely to answer all your requests or questions to the extent of our possibilities (outside working hours) preferably every evening after 8 p.m.

• The presence of the swimming pool is variable according to the time and the time of the year.
• We can provide you with breakfast (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice on request at the price of 3 euros per person.
• We can possibly provide you with towels if it is difficult for you (example hikers, bikers, etc.)
• Be careful in winter depending on weather conditions, you will need to be fitted with contact tires and sometimes chains. When you arrive, access to the house will be completely clear, but it will be your responsibility during the time of your stay. A closed garage and covered parking will accommodate 2 cars. Possibility to park 2 additional cars in the courtyard. Excavators and milling machine are at your disposal in case of need to clear the access.
