A lovely cottage by the sea
A nice, very comfortable chalet near the sea. It is independent and you will have a nice garden with apple, cherry and vines
Inside there are two small bedrooms
One with bunk bed for 2/3 and shower corner and wc, one with the possibility of putting a baby bed and mattress on tatami mats.
There is a kitchen living room with futon sofa bed and a loggia mezzanine with a double bed
A sheltered and sunny wooden terrace will allow you to enjoy the garden and the south and west exposure
Small barbecue available
The owners' trampoline can be loaned and will delight children
Ideally located 1km from the beach of St Froult and the protected area of Moeze, the bird paradise, 5 'from Brouage and its citadel (village classified as one of the most beautiful in France), 7' from the boat harbor with landscaped beach and with its departures for Fort Boyard and the Isle of Aix, 10 'from Madame Island 15' from Rochefort and Hermione, 20 'from Marennes, La Tremblade and Oléron and its Atlantic beaches .
