Magnifique séjour dans une agréable maison au calme et située non loin du viaduc, ce qui nous a permis de nous rendre tous les jours à l'île d'Oléron en quelques minutes.

Une maison agréable décorée avec goût avec un petit jardin privatif.Environnement très calme avec possibilité de se garer devant la maison.Accessibilité très rapide au viaduc pour aller à l'île d'Oléron et aux autres sites à découvrir aux alentours.Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Katie.Une petite suggestion : prévoir, en cas de grosses chaleurs, une unité d'air conditionné mobile pour les chambres du 1er étage qui ont de très petites fenêtres.Nous recommandons cette maison.

Alles io. Charmante Wohnung, mit dem Auto alles rasch erreichbar ; île d’Oleron, côtes sauvages, Supermarkt, Restaurants. Die Bäckerei war auch zu Fuss erreichbar:)Die Katie war sehr freundlich ! Dürfte etwas sauberer sein! Achtung Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inklusive!

Belle location

Très jolie location, pleine de charme, possédant tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un excellent séjour. Maison bien située pour découvrir cette belle région.Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui est à l' écoute et réactive si l' on rencontre un soucis. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Très joli maison, bien placée au calme dans un petit village … plutôt désert quant aux besoins du quotidien, juste une papeterie et une boulangerie. Le reste des courses se font en voiture.A part ça, l’accueil est chaleureux et la maison confortable , et bien équipée. Un bémol pour la wifi capricieuse mais c’est un peu partout pareil dans le coin.En conclusion un bon séjour dans une très jolie région !

Une Maison de ville superbe, un cadre excellent pour trouver repos, calme et découverte.Juste un petit bémol (qui, lors de temps de pluie, peut être important) le wifi Free ne fonctionnait pas ou que part intermittence. Pas de travail en ligne, pas d'infos, de film en continue et des difficultés à exploiter nos courriels.Problème de Box Free ou de ligne ADSL, qui sait ?Mais, je suis sûr que Madame Katie va vite remédier à ce détail défectueux.

Vacances en Charente-Maritime

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous avons été accueillis dans une petite maison pleine de charme, un vrais havre de paix avec sa petite cour intérieure. La décoration choisie avec grand soin contribue à rendre la maison très chaleureuse. Idéalement située, nous avons pu visiter les principaux sites de cette très belle région. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir si nous repassons dans la region. Nous la recommandons sans réserve. avec grand spin contribue

Très jolie maison, décorée avec goût, parfaite pour 4 personnes, bien équipée, proche de l'ile d'Oléron. Station de charge de véhicule électrique à proximité et supermarché proche en voiture. Je recommande ce logement.

Liebevoll renoviertes Altbau Ferienhaus

Die Unterkunft ist so schön und sauber, wie sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Sie hat alles, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub, auch als Familie benötigen. Moderne Ausstattung - Waren hier im Juli, das Haus wurde auch in der oberen Etage nicht zu heiß, trotz der kleinen Fenster in den Schlafzimmern. Tv sogar n den beiden Schlafzimmern sowie auch im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben jedoch nur den Fernseher im Wohnzimmer genutzt. Dieser ist sehr modern und wir konnten unseren Netflix Account bei stabilem Internet verwenden. Parken in der Straße ist direkt gegenüber des Hauses kein Problem und kostenfrei. Wohnlage ist ruhig. Straße hat wenig Verkehr. Man ist schnell auf der schönen Île d’Oléron. Ausstattung Umfangreich. Dinge wie Öl, Balsamico, Gewürze, Kaffeepads waren (von vormietern?) vorhanden. Senseo und filtermaschine vorhanden. Ihr habt die Wahl! Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über die App mit sehr schneller Reaktionszeit. Bei Ankunft und Abreise kam die Vermieterin persönlich vorbei, sie hat mit uns nur französisch gesprochen, was für uns kein Problem war, auch wenn mein schulfranzösisch doch schon lange her und daher ziemlich eingerostet ist. Sie ist sehr nett und nimmt sich Zeit, alles ihren Gästen zu zeigen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub (10 Tage Sonne, um die 24 grad Celsius) ohne Probleme. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen und danken für die Gastfreundschaft.

Gemütliches , ruhiges und komfortables Ferienhäuschen

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, z.B. stellte sie uns nach dem plötzlichen Aus des Fernsehers in kurzer Zeit ein Ersatzgerät hin, so dass wir weiterhin EM-Spiele schauen konnten. Die Lage ist recht zentral, in der Nähe liegt ein Super-Bäcker und Patissier, der Wochenmarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ile d`Oleron ist schnelle erreicht, auch nette Städtchen in der Festlandsgegend. Wir waren auch im Zoo Palmyre. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, die Küche perfekt eingerichtet, das Bad hat zwei Waschbecken und eine gute Dusche; die Betten waren gut für unsere Rücken; die kleine Terrasse ludt zum Sonnen ein und war relativ mückenarm. Zwei angenehme Ferienwochen, endlich wieder in Frankreich. Die Vermieterin war so nett, über unsere mageren Französischkenntnisse hinwegzusehen und so klappte die Kommunikation gut. Sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Merci beaucoup.

Wunderschöne Anlage!

Bei diesem Feriendomizil handelt es sich um eine sehr alte Bausubstanz, die mit einer Menge Herzblut und Leidenschaft restauriert wurde. Das Interior ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, skandinavisch anmutend, und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Es ist live sogar noch schöner, als es die Fotos hier auf dem Portal vermuten lassen, allerliebst. Im oberen Stockwerk ist ein alter Holzfußboden, im unteren ist alles sehr schön gefliest und der gesamte untere Bereich ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung versehen. Katie ist eine sehr liebenswürdige Gastgeberin, wenn auch die Kommunikation aufgrund der Sprachbarriere bisweilen etwas schwierig war. Man sollte zumindest einige Brocken an französisch verstehen, beim Rest hilft dann der Google Translater :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.
