Ideal vacation rental located 500m from the sandy vineyard beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of the island of Oléron, ideal for families with its Mickey Club.
Shops at 300m open every day in season (bakery, mini-market, snacking, bicycle rental). Daily markets nearby: Domino at 1.2km and Cheray at 2.8km (covered market).
7km from La Cotinière and Saint-Pierre.
Baby equipment available.
House in a small residence comprising on the ground floor: 1 large bedroom with cupboard (1 double bed), fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), living room / lounge with TV / satellite, bathroom with shower (with washing machine) and separate WC, storeroom (1 bicycle available + helmet, vacuum cleaner). Beach accessories on site (parasol, 4 beach chairs, children's beach games).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed of 90 and 1 large bedroom with 1 bed of 140 (with cupboard).
South-facing terrace and not overlooked with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and awning. Children's tables and garden chairs.
Private parking in the residence.

Maison bien située à proximité des plages et non loin des commerces et marchés ( Domino , Chéray , St Pierre )Terrasse Agréable , Bien fermée avec store extérieur.Environnement calme .Divergence à l'accueil ,sur les termes du contrat , a savoir :Pas de Wi FI1 seule place de parking , Merci de votre intervention qui a résolu le problème 1 seul jeu de clefs , nous avons retrouvé les doubles au fond d'un tiroir ...Mis à part ça notre séjour s'est bien déroulé

Conforme à la description

Le logement correspond bien aux photos. Tout est très bien, il manque seulement une connection internet car le logement est dans une zone blanche 0 réseau (compliqué pour préparer les sorties etc …) et il ne suffit pas de faire 500m pour capter un bout de signal.

Très belle île qui a su garder son authenticité, pas de béton ni de bulding, plages préservées ,pistes cyclables, nombreux petits marches avec prix abordables . Les locaux sont tès accueillants et agréables. Logement conforme à la description, bon rapport qualité-prix, maison propre, soignée et bien équipée.Morgane est très arrangeante ,nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons certainement à Oléron.

Location très calme, super bien située, très bien équipé avec même des petits cadeaux de bienvenue, proche des plages non surveillées mais accessibles avec notre chienne , l'agent d'accueil très sympa et nous avons eu un petit message des propriétaires. on recommande.

Maison très bien située par rapport à la plage et au marché.Elle est traversante permettant une bonne ventilation.Bien aménagée, très bonne literie, avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour les jeunes enfants c’est très appréciable.

Logement bien équipé et au calme. La décoration est très sympa sur le thème de l'île. Nous avons bien apprécié les rafraîchissements laissés par les propriétaires ainsi que le livret d'accueil très complet. Localisation bien située pour découvrir l'île à vélo. Marchés à proximité très agréables (Domino et Chéray). Seul petit bémol, canapé un peu petit (3 places)

Une maison et un emplacement parfait !

La maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle, grande et au calme. On s’y sent immédiatement bien tout est pensé pour passer de belles vacances (lave vaisselle, machine à laver,...) La cour est sans vis à vis au calme avec des touches de verdure à l’abris du vent, nous avons pu recevoir des amis sans être à l'étroit. Au bout de la rue la plage d’où l’on peux admirer le coucher de soleil et se baigner à marée haute. Notre chien a eu son espace et a pu faire de belles balades en toute sécurité. Le village est bien situé à 5min à vélo de Domino où un grand marché quotidien s’installe chaque matin en saison. Nous reviendrons ! Merci à Mr et Me Gerard pour leur accueil avec de délicieux produits régionaux :) Margaux et Yvan

Excellente location!

La maison est très agréable, bien située et extrêmement bien équipée (il ne manque absolument rien! surtout si vous avez des enfants en bas âge, vous aurez peu de matériel à apporter, il y a tout sur place). Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

We loved our stay - 3 weeks just wasn’t long enough!! The villa has everything you need and is well placed close to the beach and as a base to explore the amazing island.
