La maison était tout simplement parfaite. Très fonctionnelle, très joliment décorée et extrêmement bien placée ! Nous avons même pu profiter de la terrasse au soleil en cette fin octobre. Guy a été d’une grande flexibilité pour le départ du séjour, et nous l’en remercions. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir !!

Maison propre et fonctionnelle, communication avec le propriétaire et Christelle au top. Logement idéalement situé (5 min du port en marchant tranquillement). Nous étions dans la maison lors de la 3ème canicule, les 2 ventilateurs ont bien servi. Si les épisodes de fortes chaleurs se répètent, il faudra peut être envisager l'installation d'une climatisation, mais cette remarque s'applique à toutes les habitations en France et en Belgique....

Très belle maison, bien agencée, bien pratique. Elle mériterait l'installation d'une clim, ou a minima des ventilateurs, car pendant la canicule, cela devient insupportable. Et quelques rafraîchissement ms sont probablement nécessaires (pommeau de douche un peu fatigué, un meuble de cuisine un peu fatigué, tout comme la cafetière Senseo un peu fatiguée elle aussi) mais sinon elle est bien située, proche du centre de la Cotinière, mais suffisamment loin pour être au calme. Das Haus hat uns total gut gefallen. Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Dazu kommt eine prima Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Hafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La maison est parfaite, tant en matière de confort que d'emplacement. Au calme, mais à quelques minutes à pieds des plages et du port de la Cotinière. La terrasse extérieure est parfaitement équipée et dispose d'une belle végétation. Une très bonne adresse à conserver :)

Das Ferienhaus und auch die Terrasse mit Garten sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Besonders genossen haben wir die große Terrasse mit den verschiedenen Liegen und dem Grill. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Hafen und in der Einkaufsstraße. Perfekt!

Séjour d'une semaine fin novembre

Endroit idéal pour se retrouver et se reposer. Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'île d'Oléron hors saison est pleine de charme et très calme. C'est très agréable d'évoluer loin du brouhaha d'une ville pendant une semaine

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Restaurants, Hafen und Geschäfte sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben die ganze insel mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Séjour parfait !

Maison très cocooning, la décoration très sympa ! (Merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée) le jardin et la terrasse au top également même si le temps ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter pleinement… une dizaine de minutes à pied pour accéder aux commerces du petit port et aux plages… un séjour qui a répondu à nos attentes
