Renovated fisherman’s house in the heart of the authentic fishing port of CotiniĂ©re (postcard of the island of OlĂ©ron). Located 190m from the beach and 500 m from the fishing port. It has 3 bedrooms. 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Baby equipment. Car parking in courtyard closed on one side. and on the other side a flowered garden with covered forecourt and arranged for meals (barbecue wood and plancha electric). 4 bikes are at your disposal free of charge. everything for the holiday without the car.! Sale of fish directly from the port, daily market and shops within 500m. Our rental is quiet because withdrawn in a impasse.En winters electric heating is charged at an additional rate according to the actual consumption of the meter EDF (provide between 30 and 50 € / week depending on use). Possibility of renting sheets and linens from a local provider, cleaning possible at the end of stay in addition ( consult us)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Winzig kleines Ärgernis: Zwei FahrradschlĂŒssel waren nicht auffindbar. Wir hĂ€tten jeden einzelnen SchlĂŒssel an den RĂ€dern testen sollen. Aber wirklich nur eine Petitesse. Es war wunderbar. 5 Sterne.

Ruhige Lage in kleiner Sackgasse, Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck, Sitzplatz vor dem Haus sowie Veranda mit Grill und Plancha sowie Blumengarten dahinter. KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, Salon passabel, SanitĂ€reinrichtungen angejahrt, aber sauber. Sehr gute Lage zu Strand wie GeschĂ€ften. Die FahrrĂ€der sind ein plus! Und zudem eine sehr nette Concierge, die bei allem hilfsbereit ist.

La maison est trÚs agréable avec le petit jardin ombragé clos, le parking fermé pour oublier la voiture. L'environnement est tres calme. Les commerces sont proches (pas besoin de reprendre la voiture) ainsi que l'acces au port de la Cotiniere. Une plage est à 200 m, idéale pour faire connaissance avec l'estran. Sinon la plage de Matha est accessible en velo, grùce à la mise a disposition de 4 velos.

Maison parfaitement située

La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce. Elles est spacieuse. Un local permet de stocker les vĂ©los Ă  l'abri. La voiture est Ă©galement dans la cour fermĂ©e, c'est sĂ©curisant et pratique (pas besoin de chercher une place de stationnement).La terrasse couverte est un vrai plus, mĂȘme en cas de vent ou pluie on est abritĂ© ou Ă  l'ombre.Tout peut se faire Ă  pied, les commerces sont tout prĂȘts. Un super marchĂ© nocture aussi. Le port est Ă  5-10 minutes Ă  pied, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des poissons fraĂźchement pĂȘchĂ©s. Il est possible de visiter la criĂ©e, mais sur rĂ©servation avec nombre de visites et places limitĂ©es (Ă  anticiper avant votre sejour si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ©). La mer est proche mais pour vous baigner mieux vaut descendre Ă  la plage de la rĂ©migeasse.Nous garderons un tres bon souvenir de ce sĂ©jour.

Maison typique toute proche du port de la CotiniĂšre

TrĂšs bon accueil de Cathy. La maison est trĂšs bien placĂ©e, Ă  5 minutes du port et de la plage. Le parking sĂ©curise les vĂ©hicules. Un charmant patio invite Ă  la dĂ©tente. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e du nĂ©cessaire. Bonne literie dans la chambre verte. Un nettoyage poussĂ© de temps en temps serait bienvenu. L'invasion de fourmis Ă  l'intĂ©rieur a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ©e avec une barriĂšre anti insectes. L'enlĂšvement des dĂ©chets requiert une gestion rigoureuse tant pour l'entreposage (avec les chaleurs) que pour le dĂ©pĂŽt (2 passages, les suivants Ă  la charge du touriste) . MalgrĂ© ces dĂ©tails, nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour dans cette location et apprĂ©ciĂ© le prĂȘt de vĂ©los.

Nous avons ete tres bien accueillis par la concierge...la maison est coquette...la chambre au grand lit comporte uniquement une penderie sans possibilite de rangement autre...les toilettes sont tres petites et difficiles d acces pour personne a mobilité reduite...sinon tout est parfait.

Location idéalement placée. Plage à deux pas, port à pied en 5 mn. Maison fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Terrasse trÚs agréable. Propriétaires trÚs sympathiques et trÚs professionnels. Arrangeant et efficace. Be recommande vivement cette location.

Eine schöne Zeit

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen in Continiere. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und wohnlich, der kleine Mini-Garten mit dem Grill sehr nett. Wir sind zu dritt angereist und hatten 3 Schlafzimmer zur VerfĂŒgung, was sehr angenehm war. Das Haus ist m.E. fĂŒr 6 Personen eher klein, bis zu 4 Personen sicher angenehm. Optimal ist die Lage, da es zum Strand gerade mal 5Minuten zu Fuß sind, zum BĂ€cker ein paar Minuten lĂ€nger und zum Hafen ca 10 Minuten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. L' endroit est magnifique pour des vacances en famille. Ce fût une découverte pour nous , sans regret. Pour la maison , rien à dire , tout était super et bien sécurisée. TrÚs bon accueil à l'arrivée, et propriétaire sympathie et à l'écoute de ses locataires.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçu Ă  la CotiniĂšre. La maison correspond parfaitement Ă  l’annonce et nous avons pu profiter de la plage et du port sans prendre notre voiture. Pas de soucis pourse garer. 6mn a pieds du port. Fidele a la description et aux photos. Une petite separation cuisine-toilettes type rideau par ex serait bienvenue. Sinon tres bonne semaine.

Février à Oléron

SĂ©jour correct malgrĂ© un temps plus que maussade. Cependant il faut noter quelques points nĂ©gatifs. - L’hĂ©bergement Ă©tait satisfaisant mais la maison Ă©tait froide Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et humide et donc difficile Ă  assainir pour des petits enfants. - L’annonce n’était pas homogĂšne relativement Ă  la fourniture du chauffage : deux mentions dont une sans prĂ©cision particuliĂšre et une autre, plus loin dans la description de l’offre, qui indiquait un supplĂ©ment de paiement pour le chauffage en pĂ©riode d’hivers si on l’utilisait (SIC!). En fait le supplĂ©ment demandĂ© correspondait en rĂ©alitĂ© Ă  la TOTALITÉ de l’électricitĂ© consommĂ©e sur la pĂ©riode. En conclusion, sĂ©jour agrĂ©able mais terni par le contexte d’une offre imprĂ©cise et partiellement fausse.
