Ile d'Oleron holiday

A nicely situated property in a beautiful, quiet location near the charming village of La Bree-les-Bains. A little dated and basic in terms of decor and in need of some modernisation to fixtures and fittings -- the dishwasher was old and unreliable -- but we loved our holiday and would happily return to Oleron.

Enjoyed it a lot!

Super nice, very close to the beach, a paradise for the dogs. Only little point, internet would be nice and the construction works in the neighbouring streets for it had been done when we had been there. So maybe next time it might have internet. Would come back and can highly recommend! Thank you for the nice stay!

Logement idéalement situé !Hyper fluide pour l arrivée et le départ .Franck a été au top !La maison se situe à 2 pas des plages !Seul petite chose …le manque de wifi mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un super séjour !

La maison et l endroit sont parfait mais beaucoup de choses à améliorer,la télé ne fonctionnait,le grille pain datait de mathusalemt en un mot tout l électroménager est à changer.Le lave vaisselle datait et fonctionnait quand ça lui plaisait..manquait un petit congélateur et je propose aux propriétaires de mettre internet et de changer l accès à l antenne râteau .Je ne conseille pas cette location

Emplacement parfait, proche entre le port du Douhet et La Brée les bains. 3 chambres de bonne taille, sejour également, la salle de bains est récemment rénovée. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la belle terrasse car il faisait trop froid...

La maison est située à 50m de la grande plage de la Brée. Elle dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour pour six personnes. Commerce à proximité.

Location aux pieds de la mer. De belles promenades à pieds comme à velos.

Location en bord de mer, baignades à volonte en fonction de la mer haute. De belles promenades à pieds comme à velos. Sejour agréable. La climatisation serait la bienvenue, ainsi que des moustiquaires aux chambres, car beaucoup de moustiques et le soir nous devions nous enfermer dans la maison, sans fenêtres ouvertes ni portes dûs aux moustiques, et il a fait très chaud à la période où nous y étions. Sinon très content de notre séjour.

Vacances paisibles en famille

La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. C'est bon point de départ pour différentes ballades en vélo (bord de mer vers Saint Denis ou les marais et la forêt des Saumonards vers Boyarville). La plage est au bout de la rue mais je vous conseille celle de la Gauterelle à 20-25 min en vélo. Franck est très réactif et a été particulierement arrangeant quant à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ.
