Stone house apparent, restored and renovated recently tastefully, consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ...), dining area with table for 4 to 6 and lounge with sofa, TV with TNT satellite reception, stereo, DVD player, wireless internet, and a small private terrace, nature side, with table for 4 people, barbecue, umbrella. Be careful sheets and towels and kitchen are not included. The apartment must be returned clean the day of your departure.

Les photos sont fidÚles et le cadre est super sympa, placé en retrait par rapport à la route principale, nous n'avons eu aucun désagrément sonore. Idéal pour une petite famille comme la nÎtre (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Le propriétaire répond trÚs rapidement et trÚs clairement. Les pierres de la maison garde la fraßcheur et c'est trÚs agréable. Merci encore. Meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Séjour trÚs appréciable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est cosy , au calme , petite mais bien équipée. La localisation est trÚs bien. Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'on entend pas mal les déplacements des habitants du dessus mais ca n'a pas été si dérangeant.

Tres bel endroit . Excentré et calme. A VELO Attention si vous ne connaissez pas l ile complique de se reperer avec la carte cyclable de l office du tourisme. Un conseil telecharger l application Mappy section cycles qui vous sera d une grande aide.

Schönes, helles Haus - wir waren schon mehrfach dort

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber praktisch geschnitten. Man bekommt alles fĂŒr 3-4 Personen unter. Die Ausstattung ist prima, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und auch in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation ist freundlich und schnell.

Erholsamer Urlaub auf der ile d'Oleron

Alles sehr angenehm und in Ordnung! Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sehr gut ausgerĂŒstete Ferienwohnung. Einziger Minuspunkt - fĂŒr uns - dass man die ganze BettwĂ€sche mitbringen musste, das war noch nie der Fall und wir hatten schon viele Ferienwohnungen in Frankreich.

A la campagne mais commodités proches en voiture. Proche piste cyclable, 15 mn de la premiÚre plage en velo. Bien situé, bien équipé, propre. Manquent des moustiquaires pour plus de confort. Idéal pour découvrir l'ßle.

Canapé lit instable et dangereux

Je connais désormais les urgences de Royan ! Le canapé s'est renversé en pleine nuit ...entorse cervicale pour mon fils. Je passe sur le ménage douteux ,la télé qui ne fonctionne pas et l'absence de couverts "fruits de mer" à Oléron c'est légÚrement curieux ( deux couteaux à hußtres et une pince à crustacés) ... manque une plaque de rangement dans le frigidaire .... pas grand chose à faire pour que ce soit agréable.... je ne dis pas plus car terrasse minuscule et salle de bain exiguë...j'oubliais ! Il ne faut pas avoir peur des souris.

Endroit agréable

Location ou l'on se sent vite comme chez soi, le nécessaire indispensable y est. Séjour trÚs agréable de par son emplacement et petite habitation fonctionnelle décorée avec goût.

GĂźte trĂšs agrĂ©able, pierres apparentes, tout confort, petite terrasse donnant sur un chemin de campagne, dans un ancien corps de ferme, Ă  lÂŽoree d’une forĂȘt, Ă  5 min en voiture des commoditĂ©s et balades Ă  pieds et Ă  vĂ©lo depuis le gĂźte (cohabitation avec les locataires de lÂŽappartement du dessus un peu bruyante, peu d’isolation phonique mais cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de profiter de ce joli logement et de la belle dĂ©couverte de lÂŽile! Merci Ă  Monsieur Moreau pour sa disponibilitĂ© et ses bons conseils.
