At the gates of the island of Oleron on the town of Marennes this apartment of 49m² accommodating for 2 to 4 people .

Towels and sheets (duvet cover) are not provided. Possibility to provide them with an extra charge of 5 euros/person. We count on our visitors to clean before their departure and leave the accommodation as they received it, You also have the option of a cleaning package at 30 euros.

From October 01st to April 30th, heating is charged at 4 euros/day.

Tès bien reçu par le propriétaire Joseph . Logement neuf très propre dans un lieu calme et reposant . Propriétaire discret mais toujours à l'écoute , très sympathique . Chambre avec une literie très confortable , ce qui est très important pour passer de bonnes nuits . A l'intérieure tous conforts .Parking pour la voiture dans l'espace clos de la propriété . Je recommande vraiement cette location N'hésitez pas à louer en toute confiance .
