A haven of peace.
Welcome to Saint Froult, a village surrounded by nature in the heart of the Marais de Brouage and 1Km from the Atlantic Ocean.
Come and enjoy the mild Charentais climate in this classified *** bungalow of 80 m2, facing south, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a convertible sofa, with a capacity of 6 people, ideal for stays with family or friends.
Families, travelers, hikers and cyclists will find all year round the authenticity of a village house in the middle of a flora and fauna unique in the region.
You will have direct access to the nearby beach of Saint Froult and also to that of Port des Barques 5 km away, accessible even at low tide.
Saint Froult is also the ideal site to discover the region: the Atlantic Ocean, the Banks of the Charente, oyster parks, Port des Barques and Île Madame, the Moëze nature reserve (storks, herons ...), Brouage (a of the most beautiful villages in France), Rochefort (Hermione, Corderie Royale), La Rochelle and Île de Ré, Île d'Aix, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Oléron, Royan and the wild coast , Saintes and its Romanesque art.
This large house benefits from an enclosed courtyard not overlooked for parking its vehicle, a terrace with garden furniture for barbecues and outbuildings for storing bikes, fishing and beach equipment.
The household appliances, very complete, are new. The bedding is also new.
Your pets are welcome.
A bread depot is located just in front of the gîte and all the shops are 5km away (Soubise): supermarket, petrol station, bakery, pharmacy, bar-tabac, press, bank, post office.
