Très jolie maison (jumelée) proche de la plage, petit espace extérieur, très propre et bien équipée, à proximité de tous les lieux à visiter, seul bémol pas de boulangerie ni commerce alimentaire à proximité pour faire des petites courses à pieds.

Location parfaite pour un séjour réussi

La maison est idéalement située à proximité immédiate du bassin de Marennes plage. Quartier calme assez familial. La maison est fidèle à l'annonce, très jolie et fonctionnelle. Petite courée très appréciable et agréable. Une bonne surprise à l'arrivée grâce aux 2 fauteuils ajoutés à la pièce de vie. Je recommanderai sans hésiter la location de Fabien à mes proches :-) Pour conclure, nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines en Charente-Maritime.

un bon séjour

proche de la plage du lac 150 m a pied, un peu plus loin pour les grandes plages de l'océan mais facile en voiture résidence très calme et bien équipé . je dirais juste qu'avec les conditions climatique extrême qui s' amplifie une clim serait la bienvenue

Emplacement idéal à 50 mètres de la plage retenue d'eau de mer.

Propriétaire accueillant et attentionné. Maison très bien équipée et décorée, au calme en impasse, avec sa terrasse arborée, sa place de parking privative devant la maison. Marennes plage est idéale pour les familles avec enfants. Baignade à 50 mètres à toute heure avec cette retenue d'eau de mer et totalement sécurisée. Restaurants prisés plein sud ouest. Marennes village, capitale de l'huitre, est à quelques minutes avec son marché couvert et tous les commerces de proximité. Les possibilités de visites et de sorties sont nombreuses : Ronce les Bains le soir, La Tremblade et ses côtes sauvage et ses plages magnifiques côtés océan, zoo de Palmyre, ile d'Oleron, Royan, Saintes, Rochefort, La Rochelle, Mornac sur Seudre, Brouage, le Marais poitevin ( port de Montfaucon à Saint Hilaire la Palud)... Des vacances réussies, agréables et reposantes à Marennes Plage en Charente Maritime. Nous vous recommandons en tout point cette location.

Le rêve !

Une location qui rivalise avec certains grands hôtels ! Petite maison ravissante où tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour le vacancier (jusqu'à la boite à couture complète…) Très très bien équipée, très propre, juste la route à traverser pour la mer, pratique avec des enfants. J'y suis allée pour Noël, donc là pas de commerces ou restaurants d'ouverts à proximité sur le front de mer mais à 8 min de voiture tout est à disposition. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour se passe bien. Très agréable surprise, je n'ai pas trouvé de point négatif. Location que je recommande vivement, c'est une petite pépite !

Agréable petite maison idéale pour quatre avec une terrasse ombragée

Des propriétaires très chaleureux et à l'écoute. Une petite maison avec un étage, très soignée, bien équipée et très agréablement décorée. Une petite terrasse mignonne avec assez de place pour une table pour quatre et deux chaises longues, complétement isolée de la vue des passants et des voisins par la végétation. La maison est vraiment très près du bassin de baignade de Marennes Plage, qui est idéal pour de petits enfants, pas de vagues. Pour profiter de la "vraie" mer, il faut passer le pont sur la Seudre et aller sur les plages très belles de la côte sauvage, Galon d'or, Embellie, Pointe des Espagnols... Là ça remue un peu plus et l'eau est plus fraiche. Ce n'est pas très loin non plus et on ne peut pas se lasser de la vue depuis le pont de la Seudre. On a passé un bon séjour, bien chaud (période de canicule été 2018), on a bien apprécié les ventilateurs fournis !
