Studio 4 beds for rent to spend a sweet stay with family or friends on the Alpe d'Huez.
Located in the shepherds' district, close to the ski lifts, supermarket, shopping mall and sports center. 5 minutes walk from the city center. You will stay in a 4-star residence with restaurant, swimming pool and sauna.
Composed of a sleeping area with two single beds, a central room with pull-out sofa beds, a dining kitchen area, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, a balcony with a view of the Grandes Rousses range.
Tariffs ranging from 400 € to 900 € the week according to period.
Short stay possible on request.
You have access to the outdoor swimming pool heated to 29 degrees as well as to the Sauna of the residence.

Bon séjour et hôte très sympathique

Un peu bruyant la nuit du fait de la grotte du yeti en face de l immeuble ouvert tard avec plein de jeunes dehors. Restau dans la résidence très appréciable avec des serveuses au top très gentilles !

Great location for slopes but....

We stayed for 3 nights and got very little sleep due to noise from corridors and residents above. Snow ploughs started at about 4am but that’s a resort wide thing. The ski lift is directly outside the balcony so skiers on the lifts can see straight into the room. Nice view up the mountain though. Hotel staff weren’t particularly helpful when asked for information. No free WiFi available as the apartment is privately owned and you’re ‘not a guest of Pierre et vacances’! The owner was very nice but didn’t leave much in the way of information ( we didn’t ask either so maybe our fault), we weren’t informed until we’d left the UK on the day of arrival that a cash deposit was required when we arrived. Contract in French only. Towels and bedding were extra also making it not as cost effective. Had we known this before we would have booked elsewhere. Didn’t get to use pool or sauna unfortunately but it did look nice in the photos. The resort itself was great though and this apartment is in the Bergers Quarter at the base of Marmotte 1. A few issues but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Très pratique et bien placé

Nous avons passé deux jours en famille dans cet appartement très bien situé au coeur de la station en face des pistes de ski. Piscine chauffée et restaurant sur place sont appréciables en rentrant du ski. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Tusen sept en dec is het er wel heel erg rustig

Het hotel geheel voor ons alleen, wat wij overigens geen probleem vonden. Het zwembad was gesloten, dat was niet gecommuniceerd. Het appartement was niet geheel schoon en het duurde 5 minuten eer we warm water uit de kraan kregen. De communicatie was goed en Brigitte was erg aardig en behulpzaam

I really liked this apartment, would stay there again.

I really liked the apartment- it fully satisfied my expectations and description provided on the site. First, the owner - Brigitte - was beyond any expectations, answered mails/questions very quickly, providing all details, was very flexible both upon my arrival and departure (both were at 'unusual' times. The apartment itself is nice, 2 separate beds in the alcove and foldable sofa in the living room. The apartment is well-equipped, micowave, dishwasher, TV, etc... A free internet was provided by the P&V accommodation. The is a heated swimming pool and sauna - available for everyone staying in this accommodation. The apartment is ~200 meters walk from one of the main ski-lifts - Marmotte-1, also from the Commercial Centre Bergers (the same 200 m). A few bars and a shop are there (plus huge number of skiing rentals etc). Actually, the main photo on the web-site does show the real situation - the photo is taken from the balcony of the apartment, one can see the Marmotte-1 ski-lift, and the commercial centre. Overall, highly recommended, would stay there again without any hesitation.
