Located in Champagne on the Vitryats hills tourist route, 20 minutes from Lac du Der, 45 minutes from Nigloland park and very close to the town of Vitry le François (2h30 from Paris), Loisy sur Marne is a village on the edge of Marne with its shops: bakery, coffee / tobacco / press, hairdresser, pharmacy, nursing office…

The Domaine du Revers de Vignat, named after the parcel of land on which we cultivate our vines, are 2 old houses completely renovated by us

The gîte "Au 80" is an independent house of 200 m² and 2000 m² of wooded land,

La Maison était très beau! Surtout le set de karaoke ;). Les guêpes étais un petit peu désolée. Le tour de champagne était magnifique aussi!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est très agréable et fonctionnel, très bien équipé (grande cuisine et pièce de vie, grand jacuzzi, billard, baby foot), idéal pour un bon moment entre amis. Merci :)

Entspannung pur

Das Anwesen ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben drei Tage uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Haus außergewöhnlich sind.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ideaal voor een weekje relaxen met het hele gezin.

De woning en de aanwezigheid van meerdere slaapkamers en badkamers was voor ons ideaal. We waren met 7 personen maar er was nog volop ruimte voor meer personen. Netheid was prima. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal is het bijgebouw waarin we ons goed konden vermaken met spellen, jeu de boulle, tafelvoetbal, poolen en een super jacuzzi (zo groot als een klein zwembad). De bbq was prima! Enige minpunt is het dorp. Alleen een bakker en een apotheek aanwezig. Voor al het overige rijd je naar een dichtbij (5 km) gelegen stadje. Prima te doen maar je moet er op voorbereid zijn. Alles bij elkaar: een aanrader voor een weekje tot rust komen.

Entspanntes Wochenende in tollem Haus

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt, da das Haus enorm viel Platz bietet und sich in absolut ruhiger Lage befindet! Es gibt genug Zimmer und Badezimmer, einen großen Garten und ein tolles Nebengebäude, so dass jeder sein Plätzchen finden kann. Ein Highlight ist der große Whirlpool, in dem viele Personen zusammen entspannen können. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter, Julie und Stéphane, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen haben, liebevoll alles vorbereitet hatten und deren Champagner man auch nur empfehlen kann. Wir würden dieses Haus definitiv noch einmal buchen.

Nous étions un groupe de 9 amis à partir et nous avons passé un séjour plus qu'agréable... Le gîte est superbement décoré, très agréable et très pratique... les diverses aménagements mis à notre disposition sont également très appréciables...

Weekend en Champagne

Nous avons passé un très agréable weekend entre amis dans le Gite 80. L'accueil était au top et le gite charmant, très pratique et très bien équipé. Nous le recommandons vraiment pour les familles avec enfants … Merci encore à Julie et som mari pour votre accueil :-)

Je recommande vivement ce gîte, le logement est très propre, tout est neuf et la décoration est de très bon goût selon moi. Le gîte est très spacieux et ne manque de rien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, au petit soin pour s'assurer que l'on ne manque de rien. Et ce jacuzzi, quel bonheur! Enfin bref, on a tous adoré passer un week-end dans ce gîte.
