Due to local fire codes and guest safety grilling is not permitted on or near the wood decks. Grilling is only permitted in the driveway/parking area.

Out of respect for our neighbors we ask that you do not leave your dog alone if aware of the fact that it will be unhappy and barking in your absence.

What a great home. We enjoyed the water view from our beach front porch. We visited over New Years, a first for us. And the view of the fireworks was just amazing. The home was perfect for our needs.

Great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. Amazing views and a fabulous location. Close to all east end spots and close to everything else with a short walk. Well stocked and spacious. Would be perfect for 2 couples also. Book it if it’s available!!
