This tri-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse is well-appointed for self-catered living. Everything needed to enjoy paradise in luxury with extra features, including a glass-enclosed extended living room and master bedroom, and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances.

Fishing enthusiasts will particularly enjoy 207 Mariners Club as the location is a short, easy walk to the marina. The garage is available to securely store your gear and an extra refrigerator/freezer is provided to preserve the day's catch and your beverages cold as you relax outside on the covered patio, recalling the excitement of the day at sea.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 - The marina front master suite offers a king bed, a desk on the glass-enclosed patio with a marina-view, a flatscreen TV, a walk-in closet, and a stately master ensuite featuring a spa tub, a glassed shower, and his-n-hers vanities.
Bedroom 2 – A second master suite with a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and a full, 4-pc ensuite bath.

Windows don’t open, shocking that we couldn’t enjoy the ocean breeze. Kitchen poorly stocked we had to go buy a spatula and tongs. Carpet was super dingy as in your feet turn black after walking on it. 2/3 drains were broken meaning we couldn’t take baths, which is necessary with a baby. Pool/pickleball courts were great. One hot tub was broken the entire time and the grill was also out of commission.

We do want to note that none of the concerns mentioned were reported to us during your visit. Had we been made aware, our team would have gladly addressed any issues or provided solutions in real time. The windows in this residence are designed to remain closed due to building safety and climate-control standards, which is noted in the property details. The kitchen is stocked according to our standard inventory, and we’re always happy to provide or replace items upon request. Regarding the drains, there were no service calls or reports received during the stay, and all were found to be operational during post-departure inspection. Common-area amenities such as hot tubs and grills are maintained by the HOA, and while we strive to keep guests informed, occasional outages are outside of our direct control. We appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to review and ensure our homes and communication continue to meet guest expectations.

Lovely Stay at the Mariner's Club

The Mariner's Club was great for our group, the pools and grounds were great! The location was good and the unit itself had everything needed. However, it would be very tight with 8 adults. The two upstairs bedrooms were very large with nice bathrooms. However, the pull-out couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and would be miserable with 2 adults. Our kids enjoyed the small bedroom with a trundle, but the room itself was teeny and would be a tight squeeze for 2 adults.

Nice but with one issue

Everything is great, except for one thing. The beds. it says it sleeps 8, we had seven so we use the pull-out bed, it's horrible, no one can sleep on that. Then you have the bedroom room with the trundle bed, my wife and I slept on this, again the mattresses on both are so bad and uncomfortable, then you have the smaller bedroom upstairs with the dip in the middle. The only mattress that is just ok is in the master bedroom. All the mattresses in this place are worn out and need to be replaced.

We do understand we can’t make everybody happy with the comfort of the beds. The sleeper sofa is less than six months old so it’s just the typical comfort level for a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom mattress was quite expensive and replaced in 2019. The guest bedroom on the third floor mattress was replaced in 2017 but with your helpful review has decided to replace it again as well as the twins for the trundle beds. Thank you for your input - We look forward to your return visit!

Everything was great and we would definitely recommend!! The only reason I rated the property 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the air conditioning unit. The bedroom downstairs was warm compared to the rest of the house.... in the Master bedroom, the air system was very loud when it kicked on. If we were watching tv, we would need to bring the volume of the tv up to hear over the air. I’m a light sleeper and it woke me up a couple of times in the middle of the night. My husband slept through it. Rental process was very easy, even with the covid-19 restrictions currently in place. I appreciated the email and text communication ahead of our stay and the additional “tips” on what to bring, especially as it related to items that may be difficult to find in the Keys due to Covid

Mostly good, but things kept breaking...

The location of this property is great. Within a very short drive to restaurants and pubs. Game room, two big pools and hot tubs, and the pier on sit were great. This unit needs to be updated. The kitchen is great, but a lot of things around the space kept breaking. The shower stalls would not drain, a shower head broke, the blinds in the main room broke in the down position, so we had no view from our living room most of the trip. The master bed had covers that wouldn’t stay on the bed, and the downstairs bed is not fit for an adult or teenager - too small and too squeaky. Management records the maintenance issues but doesn’t always fix things, which is frustrating. The overall larger Mariner property is great, but this unit needs work.

Thank you for your feedback, Timothy. We strive for every guest having a 5-star review and are disheartened when circumstances arise to prevent that. As explained in our email communications, the window blinds are new Hunter Douglas blinds and under warranty so, in order for the warranty to not be voided our maintenance team could not fuss with them...they had to be removed and shipped out for repair as the local company that sold and installed them does not do repairs. As to the other maintenance items we took care of those immediately when you brought them to our attention. The master bedroom mattress is brand new and we were unaware the sheets did not fit properly until you mentioned this after your departure. We now have put in deeper pocket sheets so that will no longer be a problem. The homeowner made a trip to the Keys today to take a look at the squeaky bed and completely agreed with you...they are purchasing a new one immediately. Again...we truly thank you for your feedback. It is because guests are willing to share their experiences and observations and give us the opportunity to address deficiencies and maintenance concerns we consistently earn 5-star reviews in the properties that we manage. We live here...and we care! I am happy to know overall you enjoyed your trip and hope you will return again.

Fantastic getaway

Everyone working at the resort was very friendly. The condo was large, clean, and well equipped. The welcome basket was a nice touch. The pool was amazing. Despite many people out by the pool, we still felt like we had our privacy. My son really enjoyed the exercise room. For runners - if you go out of the resort and take a left and cross the highway, there is a nice wide sidewalk that is shaded and flat. Fantastic location - close to many attractions and restaurants.
