The agency Cocoonr/ Book&Pay offers for rent, in Belgodère, a beautiful apartment on the island of beauty, tastefully decorated and perfectly suited for a stay up to 4 people with its 2 bedrooms. You will appreciate it for its comfort and its immediate proximity to the beach of Lozari, one of the largest beaches in the region (10 min walk) but also for its large swimming pool (and paddling pool) within the residence Lozari. WiFi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds or one double bed (180x200) with mattress topper
- Bathroom with bath and WC

You can enjoy the large terrace for your evenings after days on the beach, pool open from April 1ᵉʳ to September 30, or hiking.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hair dryer, washing machine... For the little ones, a cot and a high chair are available on request.

Neighbourhood:
Its ideal location will allow you to quickly reach the main centers of interest of Corsica North/ West: the Ile Rousse 7 km, Calvi or St-Florent in 30 minutes, creeks of Piana, Cap Corse... In addition, you can enjoy many shops located a few hundred meters during your stay: bakery, wine cellar, restaurants, tobacco, press and supermarket...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby free public parking.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport approx. 37 min by car (30.3 km)
- Nearest train station: Vizzavona station about 1h20 by car (85.4 km)

A great place to stay

The location of the appartment is perfect. 2 min to the supermarket, bakery, shops and restaurants. The pool is great. The appartment has a great size. The only negative aspect is the cleanliness of the appartment. The artificial grass on the terrace was noch cleaned properly. The seat cushion on the terrace was mouldy. The oven was not clean and the cabinets in the kitchen had greasy fingerprints. The rest was fine. Airconditioning worked well.

Terrazza Soli Mare "🙂 Sehr schönes Apartment mit zwei Balkonen. Gut ausgestattet mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Parkplätze sind direkt neben der Unterkunft. 🙁 Bettwäsche und Handtücher kosten 17,50 €/Persone extra und sind sofort in bar zu zahlen (leider bei Booking nicht erwähnt). Klopapier sollte man besser auch selbst mitbringen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr hektisch, etwas schnippig und wenig hilfreich."

Terrazza Soli Mare Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au logement. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très bien équipé et très bien agencé (nombreux rangements et espace optimisé). La communication a été aisée avec notre hôte et l'arrivée et le départ se sont très bien passés. La résidence est calme (nous sommes venus hors vacances) et l'accès à la piscine même tard en saison est très appréciable. Nombreuses activités disponibles à proximité plus ou moins immédiate, nous recommandons vivement !

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et agréable. Proche de toutes commodités, petite supérette, boulangerie, resto. Spacieux pour 4 personnes, climatisé. Accès plage à pieds en 10 min de marche. Une mention spéciale pour la conciergerie et Nikita qui est très professionnelle et a su répondre à nos questions avant notre arrivée et bien nous renseigner .

Séjour au Lozarri

Très bon séjour passé dans cette magnifique région et dans cette belle résidence, au calme malgré l'affluence de ce début Juillet. La piscine est très bien, bien entretenue et bien équipée. Beaucoup de commodités à proximité comme la boulangerie, les restos, la plage et le tout à pied ! C'est très appréciable Le logement est plus petit qu'il n'y parait sur les photos mais il est très bien agencé et la terrasse est très bien orientée pour l'été (soleil léger le matin, à l'ombre le midi et soleil le soir). Un petit bémol pour : - la climatisation qui n'est pas assez efficace pour la chambre en mezzanine (heureusement qu'un ventilateur est mis à disposition) car avec 4 jours à + de 40°C c'est très compliqué et - un ménage de début de saison qui s'impose car il y avait beaucoup de toiles d’araignée à l'intérieur et l'extérieur ! Dommage. Un petit plus, il y avait un parasol de plage, qu'elle bonne surprise; Il manque toutefois des petites choses pratiques : freezpack,sacs de courses, ... et les sacs de tri sélectifs pour le tri des déchets. Nous avons su le dernier jour que ces sacs existaient même si nous avons fortement contribué au bon respect du tri ce qui n'était pas l'avis du personnel du centre de tri.
