Superb house just outside of Oxford. My family of 11 came in for a football weekend and had a great experience at this property. The owner and his family made sure we had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Although the pool was a little chilly, being late in the year, we had a great time sitting outside enjoying the patio by the pool. We like to do a bit of cooling when we go places and the very large kitchen was great and very well stocked. Such a beautiful house on an amazing property. The communication was top notch and everything was as advertised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean overall, and the amenities were more than adequate for our group. The outdoor patio, spacious rooms, and generous indoor and outdoor gathering areas made it a wonderful place to spend time together.There were a few minor details that could have been communicated more clearly in advance, such as the presence of outdoor cats and the expectation that guests provide certain paper products, including toilet paper and paper towels. A few other small details felt as though they could have been a little more thoughtfully planned, but none of these significantly impacted our stay.Above all, the location and setting were absolutely wonderful. It was incredibly peaceful and tranquil and provided the perfect space to relax, unwind, and enjoy time with our loved ones.Overall, we had a great experience, would certainly stay here again, and would highly recommend the property to others.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. I don’t like that you missed the information that you felt could have been communicated better. It’s all on the rental site and I sent it again the week of your stay. Don’t know what else to do that we haven’t already done. We are very thoughtful of our guests. My wife went out that morning to get fresh cut flowers and left small gifts. She does a great job being thoughtful. We take many trips each year and have never had anyone do for my family what my wife does for our guests.

Perfect place for family garhering

We have stayed here four years in a row for an annual family gathering, and it is perfect. Wonderful pool and multiple seating areas outside and in - gorgeous setting a short distance to Oxford and Water Valley.

Great Place to Stay

A group of us stayed here for a college football game. We had a great time, the property was as advertised. Only 15-20 minutes drive to get to campus. Perfect place to return to after the game.

Family Weekend for Easter

Wonderful place for a family weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our extended family to gather for Easter. We look forward to staying again! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place!

This property is the owners home and main residence. Their personal belongings are in the home leaving no real closet or drawer space. The pool and outdoor space are nice and great for a weekend get away.

Favorite place

This is my family's favorite weekend get away. It is spacious, lovely, and well-stocked. The outdoor space, with three sitting areas, a pool, TV, grills, children's play area, is amazing. You will love it.

Best of both worlds - relax and see a game!

Loved our stay! We were far enough away from the busy Oxford area during homecoming weekend but close enough to see a game, shop, and grab dinner. The home is spacious with plenty of room for 4 couples. And the pool area is perfect for relaxing after a long day. James, the host, was great!

Wonderful house!

We enjoyed the property so much! We roasted s’mores and loved the peacefulness of the area. Our kids swam , rode scooters, and and enjoyed hanging outside. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. The outdoor and pool space is incredible, with several conversation areas, fireplace, and kids playground area.There was room for three couples and their children. The house is wonderful as well. We highly recommend it.

Multi-family poolside getaway

Three families (5 adults, five kids/preteens) stayed for an easy poolside summer getaway. The property was beautiful. The home is a primary residence and so was fully equipped with everything needed for relaxing and cooking together. Excellent communication with the homeowners, and lots of attention was given to their sweet outdoor cat.
