Awesome place to stay in San Sebastián

We had a wonderful time at this San Sebastián apartment! The location in Old Town was perfect. It was very easy to walk to everything! The apartment was a perfect size, immaculate, furnished with everything one would need, and had a balcony overlooking the square. The check in procedure worked really well, and the communication with our host was the best we have had! We would highly recommend a stay here! You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous apartment!

Very clean, well equipped, stylish apartment in the BEST location! You can walk easily to main sights, shops, restaurants, food market etc. Warm welcome from Mirren & Carlos who gave us good local information, and lots of recommendations of the best places to eat. Charming and stylish apartment in Donostia

Our stay went perfectly from booking, check-in though to check-out. Merin's communication was very timely and helpful. This is a great choice for visitors looking for an emersive experience in the neighborhood. Early morning street sweepers keep things tidy - be patient and be part of the community. This is an ideal location for walking and enjoying sites and dining.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of a vibrant city

My hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is on an historic and one of the main plazas in El Parte Vieja of San Sebastian with a charming balcony. Everything is close - shops, restaurants, the public market and the plaza is a center for community activity. I highly recommend this as a place for an individual or a couple. Can't be complimentary enough.

San Sebastián perfect location

We arrived in a rain storm so finding where we were to park was tricky. But our host was able to assist us. This apartment is perfectly located. Old town area. Restaurants everywhere. Shopping is close. Magnolia Tree off the deck. Beautiful. Kitchen well stocked. Host is wonderful! Very nice and only one flight of stairs!

be aware of noise and scary staircase!

the location was charming but you need to know a few things: the staircase is okd and needs to be replaced; in the evening through t he wee hours of the morning the 2 restsurant/bars were very noisy every night.

A wonderful taste of San Sebastián.

Miren was indeed a great host. She attended to our requests promptly and was very attentive and enthusiastic. The apartment was centrally located yet still very quiet. It provided a comfortable retreat after each day’s sightseeing. The balcony was very pleasant with its beautiful magnolia trees. We cooked our evening meals in and enjoyed the apartment’s facilities. The apartment was spacious and bright. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Apartment in the Centre of Pintxo Heaven

So, the location can’t be beat, enough said. This was a pleasant little apartment with everything you could ever want. All amenities as described. All appliances that we used were working well. We didn’t cook as we were in a food centre. There was an underground market just steps away if you needed it and a little corner shop even closer. Tons of little kitschy shops nearby. San Sebastián is not only a great food destination, but is also a great walking city. We loved it so much and the icing on the cake was our lovely apartment. Just don’t book it on the days that we plan to return.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location on the edge of the old town. Very walkable to everything. Host is readily contactable and extremely helpful. Heads up to older or less able potential visitors that there is no elevator access so you will need to navigate the stairs but only to the first floor. Also that there is a bar located downstairs next door and this can get a bit noisy at night - the apartment has double glazed windows so not a problem provided you keep those shut.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Its location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the old town with an abundance of Pintxos bars and restaurants. You can also be at La Concha beach in a matter of minutes! La Concha was a real highlight for us. It is lovely. The check in process was easy and the communication from Miren was brilliant!!!! The apartment itself is very spacious with everything you need, including a washing machine. We had travelled from the Pyrénées, so being able to wash and dry our hiking clothes was a real bonus. Thank you Miren for a fantastic stay, wish we’d had longer (2 nights wasn’t enough). If we’re in San Sebastián again, we would book this apartment! We have also recommended it to friends and family.

A perfect stay.........

Miren and Carlos were great hosts. They were extremely helpful, always available and provided wonderful recommendations for places to visit and eat. Well done.The accommodation was perfect and could not have been better situated to enjoy the delights of San Sebastian. In summary, we had a truly enjoyable, relaxing and memorable two weeks' holiday.

Great San Sebastian Apartment

We stayed in the apartment for 8 days in June, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is located in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town, overlooking the lively Sarriegi Square. It features a full kitchen, a spacious living area, a comfortable bedroom, and bathroom.The location is ideal—you can walk to everything. The Old Town itself is charming, full of atmosphere, and just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful La Concha Beach.Mirren and her husband Carlos were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We highly recommend this apartment!

Great location in San Sebastian

As I said great location, a very cleaned nice apartment perfect for two persons, close to the train station.It is on the first floor, but there are steep stairs that made a little difficult to handle baggage!Overall is located near a lot of good places to eat, San Sebastian is beautiful and everything is very close by, food is delicious and have very good transportation.

Perfect Apartment for Us

The location of this apartment is perfect. Being in Sarriegi Place it is buzzing and a great place for people watching but once you close the double glazed doors it is quiet. Miren and Carlos are perfect hosts who are very easy to contact and very caring about your stay and that it is enjoyable. The apartment was small but had everything we needed and lots of little additions that make it homey such as in the kitchen there was oil, vinegar, condiments, paper towel etc. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.We were able to walk to everything. The list of restaurants and sightseeing suggestions from Miren were great and didn’t disappoint.San Sebastián is absolutely beautiful, noisy, lively and fun!

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was in old town and we could walk everywhere to see the sights. Miren was a wonderful hostess and responded very fast to any questions . 4 Days in San Sabastian

Miren is a terrific host. Her apartment in Old Town was perfect for our stay. Many restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, shops, and bus routes are nearby.The condo was cozy on some cooler December nights. It was spotless and had comfortable furniture. Miren provided excellent recommendations for some tapas bars to eat at. I highly recommend you go to SSua for tapas or a meal - it was terrific. San Sabastian is a beautiful town.

Lovely charming apartment on the edge of old town

While getting into the flat seemed complex ultimately it wasn't. Once you have the keys it was easy. The location was on a small square on the edge of old town which can get busy but quiets down by 11pm which seemed unique compared to how busy the rest of old town was in San Sabastian. The host was great and suggested some great restaurants to go eat at and responded to all of our questions. A successful stay to a new place on our journey in Spain.

Deserves all the great reviews it has received.

Great location, but not quite as close to the beach as advertised. Check in process is a little unusual, but works. On a noisy active plaza but the apartment is reasonably quiet. Well appointed, clean and attractive space.
