Charming house of 120m2 located 5km from Souvigny-en-sologne.
Large garden with magnificent views of a small pond. House adjoining another family house. Independence nevertheless guaranteed.
Large living room of 25m2 with dining room and kitchen open to the living room. Fireplace in the living room very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped. 4 double bedrooms with double beds (140 or 160) 1 children's room, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets
That is a capacity of 8 adults and 2 to 3 children maximum.
