Our chalet excels at accommodating groups of 6-11 guests who need space to spread out. Unlike cramped cabins, we offer multiple sleeping areas, entertainment options for all ages, and room for everyone to enjoy their mountain getaway comfortably.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house and garage.

SEPARATE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Immediately after booking, we'll send a quick link to sign our standard rental agreement (must be completed within 48 hours).

TRASH REMOVAL FEE ($150):
For your convenience, we have installed a bear box with both a trash and recycling can. Trash day is every MONDAY morning and recycling is picked up every other MONDAY.

We installed the bear box in the hopes that you won't have to take your trash out with you. But we obviously can't guarantee that the cans will be empty when you arrive. At checkout, please take any trash that does not fit in the bear box with you to the local dump. There is a convenient free trash dump on your way out of town in Avery (more directions/instructions provided after booking).

If you choose to leave overflow trash INSIDE THE CABIN or INSIDE THE GARAGE, we will charge a $150 trash removal fee because we will have to pay someone to take it to the dump. If all of your trash fits in the bear box, there will be no charge.

EV CHARGING FEE (per charging station)
We charge $0.50/kWh for charging. Depending on your booking platform we will either charge the credit card we have on file or request the payment through the listing site after checkout.

WEATHER & MOUNTAIN LIFE:
No refunds for storms, air quality, or weather-related outages. 4-wheel drive recommended in winter. The cabin has an automatic generator for power outages, though internet/cable may be affected during widespread outages.

CELL PHONE COVERAGE:
Limited reception – Verizon works best. Landline phone provided.
We don't live locally but are available by phone, email, or app. Our wonderful cleaner handles immediate on-location needs.
