On the ground floor :
- a large room offering a stay open on the garden and a dining room communicating with the kitchen.
- a fully-equipped kitchen.
- a practical outdoor toilet and shower for beach returns

Between the ground floor and the first floor:
- a toilet

First floor :
- a bedroom with two twin beds communicating with a bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC)
- a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom (shower and washbasin)

On the second floor:
- a bedroom with a double bed communicating with a bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC)
- a room with two single beds, trundle, which can offer 2 or 4 beds, a sink.

The rental of sheets is possible, but not that of the bathroom linen.

An internet connection via wifi is available for our tenants.

To ensure a perfect state of cleanliness to all our tenants, a three-hour cleaning package is included in the price indicated. The house must however be left as clean as possible. Otherwise, overtime could be added.
