The villa "Les Hortensias" is a family home ideally located in the heart of Ste Marine, in a quiet and residential area (350 m. from the port, 15 minutes walk from the large beach, the coastal paths and the sailing school). It benefits from a flower and wooded garden, totally enclosed as well as a sun terrace.
Spacious, bright, warm, with large bay windows, it is decorated in a personalised way with paintings and antique furniture. "Les Hortensias" has all the comforts (3-star furnished tourist accommodation) to allow you to spend, with family or friends, a pleasant stay in Ste Marine.

Upstairs: a mezzanine, 1 bedroom of 14 m2 with 2 beds of 120 cm and a third bed of 100 cm, 1 bedroom with a bed of 140 cm, 1 bathroom.
ENTERTAINMENT & WELL-BEING: Library, electronic piano, Fibre optic Internet access, Wi.fi, TV, Hi-fi system, children's board games, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol.

• Cleaning is charged as an option. Tenants are asked to return the house clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of 100 euros from the deposit.
